“My car was broken into when stopping in San Antonio for the night. I first booked with Safelite because my insurance suggested it which is a mistake I will never make again. Safelite made me wait a full day and then couldn't fix my window. I then called Rivera's Auto Glass. They got my car in right away, charged me about half of what Safelite wanted, and explained to me about the interior parts of my window and what was broken. They took good care of me! I had a great conversation throughout the repair, and the overall experience made my week (after the burglary and Safelite made it as miserable as could be).”

“Calling all interior designers! If you have some ideas and need expert execution, Thad Ziegler Glass on Rittiman Road is your resource. Tim Schreiber expertly cut out plexiglass seat tops so I could turn two 1876 chairs into bedside tables. He also cut out a couple of shelves to span the rungs. I couldn't be more pleased! Pictures attached.
This shop has served me well over the years with mirrors, glass, etc., for my many projects. I've always had very expert execution on all my requests.

“Had a chip and crack in my windshield from a rock on the highway and was able to schedule an appointment at this location the day after! Staff was friendly and my windshield got serviced exactly on time and the repair only took about 20 minutes. My windshield damage looked to be potentially too much to fix with only a repair, but my technician Tony said he would give it his best shot before outright saying the windshield needed to be replaced. Low and behold, he made it happen! Great service and attitude from him and I couldn't be happier with his work, saved me a ton of cash. Would recommend this shop and Tony any day!”

No one wants to have to tell someone bad news about needing a total replacement just after opening. But they are professionals, they’re just trying to keep me safe, and CJ without prompting even said “I’m gonna ask for a second opinion from the dude that trained me.”
CJ was so kind, provided wonderful explanation and service, and really went above and beyond. He is excellent and knowledgeable.
Then the kind young woman at the desk checked with my insurance vs coupons for coverage and went above and beyond to get me scheduled, and helped me out.
