Fairly decent price on used tires but do not go there alone if you are a female. Legitimately one of the most uncomfortable twenty minutes i've ever spent in my life. Blatantly stared at and looked up and down, wolf whistles and I guess they figured because I am white that I don't speak spanish...well, I do... And the inappropriate comments they were making about me in spanish were outright gross. Seventy eight dollars for a used tire and to get another tire patched. So it's not like their prices are fantastic enough to tolerate being sexually harassed while you're getting your tires fixed. This place used to be great and was one of the only shops I would go to... Not anymore. Its was straigh up creepy the way they treated me

If I could give negative stars I would. Let me start off by saying that I used to come here years ago, so that is why I came again.
I have a 93 chevy k1500 I inherited from my dad. It's in great condition but he had bought some parts (radiator and condenser) to install into the truck. I finally decided to put it in the shop to install. Thinking it would be quick and easy.
I took the truck into the shop on Monday March 17th at 8am sharp as I live in austin and was in town for awhile and thought it would get completed same day. I let them know of the two parts I had and that I wanted them installed. He was very short almost on the side of rude when communicating with me but said he could do it. I left the keys and went back to my brothers.
I get a call around 11am saying the radiator is the wrong size and that he is going to have to order another one to fit. I askd the price and was ok with the answer. I then get another call around 4-5pm saying that the radiator and condenser was installed but now the compressor is leaking. (there was not a leak or any issues or concerns with the compressor before taking it in) He said that he would have to double check in the morning as they are closing.
So today Tuesday March 18th he calls and says the compressor is bad and that he can find one for $400. I told him to give me some time to look around. I found a compressor at advance auto parts that was brand new not even opened for pick up today. I picked it up for $200 and took it to him. He calls around 3:30pm and says that it's still leaking so he is going to order new gaskets. At this point I am $600 in and extremely upset. He then calls at 5pm and says that the compressor is defective. (there is absolutely no way because it's brand new out of the box). I told him to stop working on the truck and that I will pick it up and take it elsewhere.
Upon arriving we hand him the old compressor to install back in and I go to pay for the work he had done. (they did not charge me for today's work). We then get the keys and my brother and I take a look at the radiator that was installed and it's leaking. I am pissed beyond belief at this point. Also I am missing a lug nut on my passenger side tire that was not missing before.
long story short do not go here ever!!!! I was trying to save some money and not I am out so much more and with a truck with no ac. (if I didn't mention it the ac was perfectly fine before taking it here)

If I could rate this place in the negatives I would. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never taken my car into a mechanics in good condition and walked out with issues. They don’t know what they are doing, never have any A/C work done with them. I wanted a new condenser and radiator installed(nothing wrong with my current one). They broke my A/C condenser and broke a band new one but tried to say it was a defective part but proceeded to say it was the wrong part when I got to the shop. Once they broke two condensers, I had them put the old one on so I can take it elsewhere. When I pick up my truck it is leaking from the radiator. I am also missing a lug nut on one tire. Please avoid this place at all. They are a huge scam and will cause more issues and try to charge you for their mistakes.

Came in today for a simple job just replace my front and rear shocks and try to do a reverse level on my truck and the mechanic JP just gave me a list of reasons why he can’t do it and would rather just sit on his chair and watch his movie at a loud Tone rather than listen to what a customer is trying to get done so clearly they don’t care about making money and would rather just waste everyone’s time

Prices went up,they charge 70.00 for used tires now and I that's a bit ridiculous considering it's on 30.00 more for a new one

Had brought my vehicle in yesterday morning around 0900 with my dad after running errands . Was getting brand new ordered parts put in such as hub assembly , rotors resurfaced, and brake pads replaced . Only to have my initial quote go from $170 for labor to $270 and my car having a new problem with clunking while turning on both sides . This issue wasnt there before and i drive this sedan daily on long commutes . I tried telling them this and they are not taking responsibility of any kind . They also told me 'the axels seem loose ' after they admitted during the job that they had to excessively 'beat the hell out of it..' . Now im operating my car worse than it was before the job . And this is my only vehicle . I had always came here for several years for my many vehicles i had owned . I do not recommend. Even the owner Cesar drove it to see my complaint of loud popping and clunking.

3+ hour waits at both Discount Tire and Walmart to fix a flat! 3 minute wait here and out 10 minutes later. Highly recommend their friendly service!
