“It took over 6 months to get a replacement, but Expressions pulled through and corrected the issue. The tables had turned when it was the manufacturer that was ripping us off. Don't buy a Bertazzoni appliance: they have a weird policy and process for replacing faulty systems... makes you feel like they are giving you the run around. My point is that my frustration was more so with Bertazzoni than Expressions. Expressions got us a replacement appliance when Bertazzoni was refusing to replace it.”

“People love to hate on Home Depot, but what would we do without them? They only have what we need about 70% of the time. The keys they make never fit the first time. Everything they have is from China. But what would we do without them? The best thing about Home Depot is the employees. They’re all down-to-earth. People with good understandings of our needs. Most of the employees have been sweet and helpful. Even though I cringe when I have to go to Home Depot, I realize that they have made my life so much easier, thank you Home Depot and like all the rest of us try to do better.”

“I have always had tremendous success when purchasing from Home Depot. I remodeled all my bathrooms and unfortunately a chemical was used on a sink drain that discolored the drain plate. I contacted the manufacturer BWE faucet to purchase another and they responded promptly and after minimal discussion BWE faucets sent me a new drain at "no cost". They were extremely professional and I am sure not required to do that. There consistent communication throughout that process was appreciated. Thank you Home Depot and BWE faucets!”
