Sadly, this business is charging us for a table they say we did not return (which we did return). After appealing to the manager and explaining that we counted every item carefully and returned all the rented items, he refused to consider my words. A to Z Rentals definitely did not honor the "customer is always right" motto that has made so many businesses in our country successful. Because of this experience we will choose another rental company for our next party.

These people are super rude. Dont let you finsh your questions., they offered me $50 for a not even 1 year old tv. Where it sales for $399 take it somewhere else. I took it to a different paw. Shop and got $175 to pawn it. This place is soo dirty and the people dont care. Stay awayyyy

I was there today because I have an emergency and wanted to see what I could borrow for my Mom and Dad's wedding rings and some other jewelry...I didn't do it because I'm trying to find an alternative but got home late and just took those pouches out of my car and I see I don't have my Dad's wedding band. I don't know your name(dark haired girl) and I know your closed...just want you to know that I'll be back tomorrow (Friday) for my Dad's ring?...Will update this review with 5 stars when I have that ring back?....Went back today and they had found my Dad's ring and put it up for me! Don't think I'll be selling my stuff but I'll definitely buy there!

Rented a plate compactor from the rental side. Machine was in great condition, staff was friendly, and prices are great. Look forward to getting concrete from them as well.

Bought a pistol here. They were super helpful showing me all the different ones and helping me pick the best one for my needs. A bit confusing since it's connected to a rental store but this isn't your normal big brand pawn shop, kinda has the mom and pop feel to it.
