I rated this a 5 star because of the help I got from after hours customer support.. not for the ser vice.. AAA was good.. they worked with their renters at all levels and kept the prices of the units reasonable.. 10 Federal has increased their prices twice since they took over.. I guess they expect us to pay for all the improvements they have made by increasing the prices. I have 4 units and the rate is almost $300. With AAA IT WAS ONLY $160.

After 2 months my camper got broken into, they refused to show me the video which tells me it was one of their employees. AVOID THIS STORAGE UNIT

Place is robbed and the administration has no communication with the renters. And I tried calling my unit's insurance and they didn't show up. New Comment 2-6-23 Today my lock was broken again, I contacted the number mentioned above and they only play music. I need to speak to a Manager in this situation.

New management is terrible. 0 communication. Gate open for weeks, which allowed 13 units to get broken into. Do not rent here with 10 federal. AAA was great. 10 Federal dropped the ball and is allowing this stuff to happen.

I was glad to be able to resume my reservation. I was unable to complete original attempt due to illness and Noah was very patient and made my reservation hassle-free.
