Absolutely the worst customer service
I went in to fix an iPhone SE screen and replace my iPhone 11 battery
Five hours later she couldn’t get my 11 to turn on with a new battery..
She gives my iPhone SE back home missing one screw and the home button is completely non-functional
Then tries to tell me that it wasn’t working whenever she got it
Then she wanted 35 extra dollars to replace the home button
When she’s the one that broke it
I told this POS to put the old battery in my 11 so I could leave.
I would not recommend this place to anyone
The “repair technician” is keysi orellana
Utterly incompetent but you get what you pay for
Update: I took my phones to another shop
He showed me all the missing screws in both phones that she had stolen
Also showed me the screw on the bottom was the wrong screw
Also showed me where she had crushed components trying to force the phone shut
Also showed me the mangled cord that she ripped that resulted in the home button not working
Also showed me the fake screen chip in hee cheap screen replacement
Everyone go to the repair mob to fix your phone.
