I love love this location!! They have the bestest customer service in all of Conroe! Every time I go the lovely young lady Karen always greets me with a smile and always takes care of me with any transactions that I need. Everyone there is so welcoming and make my trips to the bank so smooth. I always recommend this location to my friends and family. Definitely a 10/10.

I came in on my lunch break, and Zenny was very helpful in getting me out in a timely manner!!! Karen was also very attentive and made sure I was taken care of quickly. Overall great experience, and I’m glad to call this location my Woodforest location of choice!

I love my personal bankers Zenny, Karen and Kayley. They work so hard to help out every customer with a smile. Following their banch Manager’s lead, which is Anna that has been always helpful and has been constantly been a big help to myself, my family and my friends in the over 8 years I have been banking with Woodforest.

I love coming to this Bank, but I guess today was different. I went thru the drive thru to deposit my husband check (I didn’t know I couldn’t take out money from his check) but BRENDA asked me with a rude tone “who’s check is this?!” And I told her my husband and she said “you can’t take out money from his check if it isn’t yours” and she literally walked away when I pressed the button to asked her if I can just deposit it then the whole check but not once did she come back to answer me at all. I literally saw her through the window walk away. Like she completely ignored me. God bless her soul and that she doesn’t talk to anyone else like that with that attitude and tone. But thank you to the gentlemen that was there who took care of me and was so nice! I wish I could’ve gotten his name

I have been a Woodforest bank customer for many years. They have been taken excellent care of me with my checking and savings accounts. They have shown me how to set up online banking which makes life a whole lot easier. Also they have helped me with money transfer through Western Union. One employee in particular, ZAINADA WILLIAMS is the BEST. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. She respects your time by providing fast service?. I trust Woodforest Bank to take care of all of my banking needs. Convenient location and caring employees at this location. Five stars all the way.
