Our freezer went out and Wilson’s had a new one delivered the next afternoon. Also picked up the old one and hauled it off. Deliver and set up Tech was very professional and explained the instructions. Avari in sales was most helpful with the purchase of the freezer and arranged delivery on the afternoon of our purchase

This was our second purchase with Wilson's. The installation by Anthony was great as was Ben's on our washer dryer purchase. However, the communication with the inside staff could be improved as they seemed unsure of answers and either had to put me on hold to find out or call back.
