Our Salesman Rey was very help, and patient with is in helping me get the perfect vehicle for me. He is very knowledgeable about every new Hyundai vehicle. I was impressed with how much he knew about all the vehicle he brought up for me to look at. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle, and the whole process was very fast to get out the door, and off the lot.

This was my first and will be my ONLY attempt to make a service appt here. I made an appointment A MONTH in advance for an issue that apparently is required to be addressed within 2-3 days or they will not look at it.
August 7th - Check Engine light comes on
August 8th - I call and make an appt with the service department since I still have my drivetrain warranty. They told me the soonest appt was Sept 5th. I asked if it was okay to drive my car that long with a check engine light on and they told me yes, but if it starts driving rough to come directly in.
Two weeks later I get an oil change and the light goes away.
Another two weeks go by, and I show up Sept 5th only to be turned away.
Richard told me that I have to come in within 2-3 days of the light coming on. Also, that they won't read the computer's history of the check engine light - they will only accept the reading they take from their computer. He also told me that he is there "to make money" and since my check engine light is off that there is nothing wrong with my car.
WHY would you make me wait an ENTIRE MONTH to come in for an issue that apparently is required to be addressed within 2-3 days??

We were offered top dollar for our trade in, and the salesman Rey was very friendly, and never came across as pushy, just very helpful, and courteseous. He genuinely wants to make sure we always have the perfect car for our needs. We have bought a few other cars from him as well. There service department has always been good in dealing with issues, and have been fast in regular oil changes, and services.

Had the same problem with our Tuscon three times now. It always fails on a weekend and the car feels unsafe to drive. All kinds of errors and warnings start popping up on screen, yet when we call or show up they tell us they cant look at it for days and they have no loaners for us to use so we can go to work. When they finally do get to work on it, all we get is a "we dont know what's wrong". We will never buy from Wiesner again. This is all right after we had a friend with the same car lose an engine and they're screwing him around too. Its all just games with these people. They get your money and they're done.buyer beware.
