#1- Do not expect to be greeted or welcomed in here…
#2- Don’t waste your breath telling them what’s wrong with your new vehicle bc they’re going to talk over you and insist you’re wrong.
#3- Don’t count on Robert the manager to be of any kind of assistance…He will only offer you every excuse in the book as to why you’re wrong and he’s right. He offers no solutions and lacks empathy. Plus, his shop is “too busy” to schedule actual appts for diagnostics so you are forced to drop your vehicle off with them until they can get to it…however long that takes them…also forcing you to be shuttled/dropped off to a car rental place to rent a cheap tiny car a quarter of the price of your own…
*I bought a large, safe vehicle on purpose… and to not have the option to drive something equal in size/safety for “however long it takes” when the diagnostics/work is covered by the GMC warranty was just the cherry on top for this horrible experience.
This team needs MAJOR help in scheduling to make sure the correct people are set up and ready for you when you arrive. There is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED in dropping your car off to “get in line” to get diagnosed…. While your vehicle sits parked for days until they can get to it.
Shame on you Robert and your team for not making this a more convenient, welcoming experience for your customers. Try harder!

The service advisor Britney is clueless to what’s going on. They ran my batteries dead when working on transmission. Tried to charge one and over did it to boil out all the acid. I would strongly not recommend them to anyone.Service: Transmission

I recently changed dealerships from North Freeway Hyundai to Wiesner Hyundai for servicing my car. Couldn't ask for a better service department. It took them one visit to notice something wrong. I had been taking my 2021 Sonata into North Freeway and never could find the problem. Thanks to Wiesner my transmission was replaced and runs smoothly.

Bought a brand new Buick. It needed warranty work right away. Wiesner rented a loaner for me. A year later, I found out Wiesner stuck me with the bill. I had to pay $178.00 before Alamo, Enterprise and National would rent me a car elsewhere. Wiesner Service Director, Al Gomez said he would look into it but never got back to me. ...and they couldn't fix the car! Call me @ 936-582-4389.
