I've been on hold for 30 minutes and then they finally answer and only get to one of my questions then put me on hold after just mumbling some crap. Then finally pick up and are rushing me through my questions. I understand you're busy but if I've been waiting already you take the time to address my needs in the proper manner not like a crazed lunatic . Obviously y'all can't handle pressure, that's part of your job as a pharmacist or a tech. You gotta be quick but if you've been making someone wait on the phone you don't put them as Lower priority and then rush them through the phone.

If I could give these people a minus zero I would. I have had so many problems with this pharmacy I don't know where to begin but as I search for another pharmacy I find that they are all horrible. What is wrong with people now days that they can't seem to care about taking care of their customers. It's really scary when people are working in this profession and they don't care about their customers. It can be dangerous when they give you the wrong medication and all they have to say for themself is "sorry". Well, if someone dies from their mistake is SORRY going to reverse the damage done. Customer Service is a thing of the past and that is sad because these people could make a Hugh Positive impact on their customers but they would rather do the opposite and that is sad. This is all we have people so I guess our life is in our hands. Just watch your prescriptions very closely and may God be with you.

If your drive thru communication is broken, and you've had so many problems with customers that you felt the need to post a candid sign on the window... maybe you should close the drive thru. I don't need a pharm tech giving me attitude through the window as if it's my fault, while I try to calm a baby in the back seat from an outrageous wait time in line.

The worst walgreens ever. After waiting for at least 10 minutes They either can't find my prescriptions or tell me I don't have insurance. I've switched pharmacies.

I have been using this Walgreens because of the convenience of the location despite the long waits times. However, over the past few months when I go to pick up my prescriptions I am now noticing the staff are rude and it's not like it's just one employee.. it's different employees. My nephew was with me yesterday when I tried to pick up my medication and he was in shock how rude the tech was and he said that's unacceptable. He is a pharmacy tech at HEB and said they always get tons of people transferring from Walgreens.

If you are expecting to pick up a prescription in a hurry don't be. This Walgreens I no longer use because they allow people to drop a prescription off and sit there in the drive thru line and wait for it. It has taken me at times 45+ minutes to get through the line.

This place is caring if you wait it's for a reason. A pharmacy deals with insurance doctors patients and coordinates them all. This group goes out of their way to help when they are able too and communicates when they cant. I will be back
