Went and tried this bank again since I have 5 accounts here. Line is out the door. Stood in line for 10 minutes and never moved forward. Just decided to leave and go to another branch. I will be moving all accounts next month. I need better service then they provide.

I have had an account at Wells Fargo for the past 28 years . The poor service they provide , the lengthy wait at their drive up tellers has just gotten worse over the years . I went inside where they had one teller working and the wait was 35 minutes. I went to the drive up to make a cash deposit of $480. At 1:30pm today and sent my bank card with the cash. The teller said she needed to see an ID . I said who would put cash in my account and have my bank card but me . She said it happens all the time !!!! I told her I could have gone to the ATM on the other side of the bank and made a cash deposit with no ID shown . She didn't reply . We have an account at WoodForrest Bank also always prompt ,friendly service . Guess we will stick with them for our banking needs . The think it's a pretty sure bet that John W , the only one with a favorable review is a Wells Fargo employee !!!

The service at this bank is absolutely terrible. They need to hire more bankers immediately. The bankers they do have are slow at everything they do. A notary took 30 minutes to do her job when it should have taken 10 minutes. Terrible leadership and planning.

7/16/2020 @ 11AM Thursday. Weather is at 100 degrees Heat. We are in line for about 20 mins to the bank drive thru to deposit checks for our employees, our car started to overheat while in line so we turn off our car to give it a break, while in line the cop assisted as to park in on the parking space. Since we have to give up our spot in line, we ask the employee that is also assisting outside if she can help us to deposit the check given the circumstances we're in. She insisted that she couldn't help as and that we just have to wait for our car to get fixed and then get back in line. She said that she could lose her job for letting us in in the bank. So we waited in our car for additional 20 mins with no A/C at this 100 degrees heat weather while waiting for our dad to help us. When our dad finally help us and switch car with us. The same bank employee (lady) came out who refused to help us earlier wanted to offer for us to come in and help us now .At this moment we are in the car with A/C. at first I thought they couldn't let us in but now she can. WTF?! I refuse her offer and instead I just waited in line besides there is only 3 cars in front of me and I couldn't get out either way. I've never written a review ever in my life but this is the first time that I will because that lady has the WORST customer service. Also, she tried to say that I was arguing with her while offering help at this moment. Of course I'm upset that I have to wait in the car but I wasn't arguing with her because I understand that there is a policy to follow. But, because I refused her offer she's started giving me attitude. I'm a very nice person but my patience can only go so far with that type of person. She is the worst, most inconsiderate, horrible customer service at that facility. I love banking with WF but she needs to be fired! FYI: I have a Cancer and so I always try to be calm and not stressed myself with something like this but the company needs to isolate itself from this type of employee.

I, too Was a victim of their bogus account scam. I will never trust them again. As soon as I have paid off my loan with them they will see the back side of my blue jeans walking out of their door forever.

En excelentes condiciones, muy limpio y fácil acceso. Aparte a escasos metros se encuentra uno más. Muy seguro porque puede hacer sus transacciones desde su coche. (Lugares cerca una farmacia, una gasolinera etc.) (Calles en excelentes condiciones y varios carriles.) ("Tráfico" rrapido apresar que eran las 4pm en día martes.)

Well John W the bad review has nothing to do about being out of money. I work for a company with hundreds of millions in revenue. Its the lack of staff and customer service here. Its when I deposit their money here. I pulled my accounts both personal and business a long time ago. 12:45pm a packed drive thru.... And one person working. Wells Fargo is a joke. Yet inside personal bankers sit on their ass. This branch has yrainwrecked. In the last 3-4 years . poor mamanemet. We are switching to a regional bank that is aware of guest service....

I feel like most people write bad reviews for banks when they are out of money. In general I think Wells Fargo is a good consumer bank. This location specifically had really nice tellers who not only were smiling, they went on to ask me if I felt they provided 5 star service. It wouldn't make too much sense for them to ask unless they were putting full effort towards offering 5 star service to everyone. So before you decide to write a one star review for your bank ask yourself, "is my anger, my fault?"
