Mrs. Melissa was extremely helpful and kind, efficiently handling my banking needs. Another teller, whose name I didn't catch, dealt with a rude customer with great tact and kindness. I appreciate them both and hope management recognizes and praises their hard work.

Yes this place is horrible. Believe the reviews. The employees are rude, extremely lazy and it seems like they do everything they can to not give you your own money. Honestly is a bad representation on Wells Fargo.
