Went to return a few things my daughter had bought with my credit card. Hair products worth $98 dollars. Of course she didn’t want to get in trouble so she throw away the receipt.
The manager refused to refund, exchange, or even do a gift card. I am not sure what the return policy is anymore, but how did it get like this? I have gotten to the point I hate shopping for here.

I like the new remodel except for the self checkout stands. Like someone mentioned, they do not have many cashiers. They took away the self check that had the nice conveyor belt. There is no place to set your bags on the new stands. So you put the cart on the left, scan items & somehow bag on right & then switch the bag back over to the left & try to squeeze it back in the cart with the other items you haven't scanned yet?! I bring my own bags. Where do I put them? On the tiny triangle space? It's not even big enough for one reusable bag! This setup only works if you are buying a handful of tiny things & using their plastic bags. What genius thought of this design?

Handicap parking full of non-handicap cars.
Electric carts seldom evervwork.
Went yesterday, they only had five non-working carts. None working.
This Walmart cares nothing about senior customers and should be boycotted by anyone over 50. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was ignored.

Went to Walmart to get my fishing license today and waited for awhile, then I heard over the intercom customer needed help in fishing department, then another person needed help in paint department. Walmart employee came by told me he would be right with me ,he had to help customer in paint department. Got tired of waiting Went looking around and my husband said go back to fishing department somebody would be there. Nope not right away. Git my license and ask if he had the little plastic folder they put them in and he said No and walked off ,my husband even said thank you sir.,he walked off with an attitude.
Went today for a few items, wasn't too crowded considering it's July 4th. So many changes inside the store, don't know where anything is. Signs above each aisle is not correct, understandable that won't be fixed until they are done remodeling inside. I still like the Walden Walmart better, this one is closer for me for a few things. Be prepared for a maze . Good luck ?

The checker I encounter was rude. I received an emergency call and had to go to hospital
She didn’t know how to ring up a coupon
I asked that the complete my check out because I had to go to hospital
She said I should have stayed home insteadvof coming to walmart

Went for curbside pick up at 6:45 PM , guys comes out with the wrong order at 8:15PM.. as of 8:30 PM iam still here. Wish I could give zero stars !!!

This particular location had bare shelves! I guess they're remodeling or something of the sort.. all of the clothing areas were completely empty, and the aisles are in disarray. Their pickup process could use some work, as far as timing and substitutions go. The workers seem unhappy.

Very clean store anything and everything that you need. Lots of workers there to help too which is nice!
