I would like to thank the staff at the pharmacy. They were very helpful at a very stressful time. The lady who helped me worked with my insurance and figured out the issue that I had with other pharmacies.

Walmart pharmacy is horrible. They always fail to fill the correct prescription and today we sent a prescription in at noon and they failed to fill it by 7:00pm. This is absolutely unacceptable! My wife needs her medicine. Definitely switching to Walgreens after this Walmart pharmacy is a joke.

Terrible system. The computer does not allow staff to input credit card numbers. Therefore, they were unable to take my emergency card, which is specifically for use at pharmacies and doctors. Lots of companies have digital card options, there is no reason to refuse service, especially when people are having emergencies.

I never have problems with filling my scripts, until today. Got a text on the 4th that my prescription was filled, but i don’t need it until the 15th. Tried today to pick up the prescription and was told it’s not ready. I’ve had problems with one pharmacy tech, every time and it never fails, blonde, short hair with a nose piercing. She’s always rude, told me the wrong thing on how to transfer my prescription, and is always snarky and cuts me off while giving her my information.

Poor performance in the pharmacy. Prescriptions sent in by primary care physician on Wednesday Aug 31. Never got notified they were ready for pickup. I called on Friday, Sept 7 and was told they were ready. Went to Walmart to pick up meds only to be told the meds were put back on the shelf after ten days. I explained the scripts were just sent in 4 days prior. The cashier was rude, which was unacceptable. I asked why I had not received a text saying the meds were ready only to find out they had wrong area code in their computer. Apparently it defaults to 936 and the person taking original information wasn’t thorough enough to do the job correctly. I’ve had the same poor performance from Walmart Pharmacy in the past. Other pharmacies in the area aren’t much better. Management needs to train their employees more thoroughly or replace them.

This pharmacy is the worst every time I call they hang up on me. I put my sons Medicaid on file and yet it’s not on file. I hate using this pharmacy but use it because I do not want to have to go anywhere else since I live close by. They charged me Saturday for one medicine and now they wanna charge 100 more for another that is the same that I picked up Saturday 2 different prices

The employees are the best. Rita and Stephanie both go out of their way to help me with my meds. I would not go anywhere else. I can call anytime and always get someone to answer and help me.

WalMart NO LONGER supports US military veterans with Tricare??? - The lady behind the glass was rude and demanded that I pay the full cost for my medications. That was NOT the best thing to do to a Military Veteran who put his life on the line more than once in his lifetime. WalMart needs to GO AWAY!

I tried to ask for a refill and the lady answering me told me then it's not a refill with absolute attitude that made me woder what in the devil I had done to her. Acting like she despises me Jesus Christ. Fix the woman's attitude then I'll come back.

My husband tried calling several times today trying to ask about a medicine him and my mom both need. They answered the phone then hung up multiple times. They didn't even say hello, just a pick up and a quick hang up. So we had to go to the store and wait for them to open after lunch. Big mistake! When they opened after lunch, they were late and claimed they were out of the meds. Yet, couldn't bother answering the phone before their lunch break to inform us instead of wasting our time. The workers here are pathetic/lazy. I'll stick to Sam's Club.
