Understaffed? Under qualified? What in the world is going on in there? I’m sitting in line as I type and it’s been 20 minutes, 8 cars behind me. Very slow service, this happens every time I’m here.

The most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever had to deal with. From the person who answers the phone to the “Dr.”. If I could give 0 stars I would. They need a full restart on staff here.

This place is great if you expect nobody to do their job, including the supervisors. Getting a hold of anyone on the phone is an absolute nightmare. They put you on hold until the line disconnects. My doctor told me to ask them a question due to the type of medication it was. I had to call back for two hours just to never be helped. I spoke to two different supervisors (I think there was a shift change). One would just transfer me and say she'd ask for them to pick up, which they didn't. And the other supervisor never answered his phone. It makes sense their open 24hrs because it's going to take that long to have anything done.

WORST pharmacy ever. Completely clueless and slow. Do yourself a favor get your prescriptions filled somewhere else.

This location is a joke, it takes ages to get through only to be told to hold on again and then they hang up on you. Unfortunately we have to use this location for after hours prescriptions since it’s the only 24 hours pharmacy around here. Hate them.

They changed my medication (to a different vendor, they said) and it gave me serious trouble. Of course, they wouldn't take it back and insurance will not pay for it again. I had to call insurance for an override, and hopefully, it will be resolved in 3 days. If not, I will skip taking it for a month. This is something that I have been taking for over 2 years.
While I was at the store, another customer with the same issue came through the drive-through, and another one called in. It seems like it is common practice for this pharmacy to use different vendors frequently. Unhappy !! Will change my pharmacy.

25 minutes waiting to find out that is waiting time is 2/5 hours for prescription to be filled in, after 3 hours at urgent care ! Very frustrating.

Absolutely horrible, rude customer service at the pharmacy drive thru. I was unable to see his name tag through the glass, but he was a tall skinny blonde gentleman that looked like he hasn’t smiled in years. He was adamant that I had no prescription to pickup under my first and last name and birthdate, despite the multiple text messages and emails I had to prove otherwise. I asked him to please get someone else to help me, and as he walked away he had the audacity to say, “Okay I’ll do that, for them to tell you the same thing.” Well, I’m very thankful that I asked because the prescription WAS there and had been filled under my maiden name. The other tech had enough patience to simply ask me if the prescription could possibly be under a different name. Meanwhile, my toddler son is having a meltdown in the backseat and all of this comes after a very stressful visit to the ER. That gentleman does NOT need to be working in any healthcare profession with a horrible attitude like that. Awful, awful customer service, completely lacking in any kindness or understanding. Ask for someone else if you find yourself at the pharmacy with him taking care of you.

The rudest pharmacy employees I have ever dealt with. You guys know that you're talking to people who are sick and need medication right? You understand that, and yet you still treat your customers like garbage. My experience with the staff at this store was SO BAD that I am moving ALL my prescriptions to another pharmacy IMMEDIATELY. I will NEVER do business at Walgreen's AGAIN.

Epically slow service. We're from out of state and found our way to the local hospital. Hospital sent prescriptions here because they're "close by" but efficiency isn't something this location can manage. Spent over an hour waiting for prescriptions after being discharged from the hospital. Ended up having a second set of prescriptions sent and was told one wouldn't be ready until the next day. Advised the staff that we are needing to go back home and the prescriptions are necessary for our travels and transferring them would make the prescriptions inaccessible for another 2 days. Staff was very short and unhelpful. Said it would take at least an hour and a half to prepare them. I sincerely hope you never find yourself or loved one in the hospital in another state and met with such insincere unprofessionalism when trying to get necessities.

Phone call wait times over 30 minutes and most times they get disconnected before answering.

This is the worst Walgreens location ever. If you call, you’re on hold forever and once someone picks up, they literally pick up and place you on hold again without even speaking to you. If my insurance covered CVS, I would absolutely switch over.

They never have the medicine I need in stock. When trying to get info, I'm always on hold forever, and often that hold ends in a "disconnection." They hang up on me before taking my call. If there's too much demand, hire more people.

Pharmacy guy that was workin about a week ago after 1230am your so wrong my husband was in so much pain and for some antibiotics you told me $478 for both general and the brand?? That was a complete lie and so wrong we had to wait 5 days till he can get an appt and I went to another Walgreens today and it was FREE why would you try to take advantage of hard working people!!!!!! I will never go back here!!!
