Worst Walgreens hands down… nothing is ready… half hour to get a cream.
Unfortunately the only pharmacy around.

Pharmacy manager (so he says) Ricardo is rude and inconsiderate. I've never in my life been spoken to in the manner he spoke to me. Stay away from this location, heck stay away from all Walgreen's considering I can't get any location to answer the dang phone.

Hands down the worst pharmacy/pharmacy employees. I’ve never seen such incompetence. Please do some training.

Update: I have been placed on hold with no human answering the phone for over 10 minutes in regards to a delivery foe a patient this pharmacy has failed to deliver. It's been 3 days.
Was turned away from the pharmacy at 1:30 pm So all of their employees could go to lunch. I literally just needed a tetanus shot because of an emergency that happened. The behavior of these pharmacy techs is exactly why I switched to another pharmacy years ago for prescriptions.

I can understand it being a very busy location. But the pharmacy employee by the name Diana has the WORST attitude. When I tried to voice my concerns I was told that they don’t even have a pharmacy manager at the moment. I called back and wanted to speak with someone regarding the situation and Jennifer answered the phone. She was also unprofessional and even put me on hold and transferred me to the Walgreens store supervisor that has nothing to do with the pharmacy. Diana needs to learn to greet and thank customers and maybe calm down on the rolling of eyes and slamming customers medications on the counter. I didn’t even know I had to pay until I saw it on the screen. She acted as if she was a mute. Another male employee had to leave the register and her nasty attitude got worst. Very unprofessional.

Just got off the phone for a 15 min hold the “manager” has horrible customer service and another gentle man whom sounds really feminine he gave me a fake name hung up on me cause I asked him to set up my new number and he repeated the Old Number before he could finish the number I told him That wasn’t the correct number , he said ummmm let me finish please I told him I didn’t need the extra comments and he hung up on me ! He is absolutely rude as hell and I pray. He never runs across me cause he will get a piece of mind ! However when I did call back , I had no wait on the phone Jennifer was very sweet she set up my new number and even told me happy belated Valentine’s Day very sweet girl I recommend her I hope she is there every time ! Goooo Jennifer !

I came this morning to pick up ONE picture, and I asked the first employee I saw if she could call somebody for me at the photo center, she could not even reply to my “good morning” when I greeted her and when she finally came to give me my picture, she had the worst attitude, she was very rude. Her name is Amanda H.

On hold for over 30 minutes, hung up, called later, and they still put me on hold for long periods of time. Still on hold as I type this. They also say you owe and that an insurance wouldn't pay for something they have been paying for every month when in reality they use a different brand and it's on them for saying they have something they don't. One time I was told I had a copay and when I came back for the meds another tells me insurance paid it. I'm tired of fighting this pharmacy.

They are a busy location and I was put on hold for about 3 minutes before speaking to a pharmacist. The pharmacist was knowledgeable about an issue with my current medication that none of the other 3 Walgreens I called were aware of and helped me make an informed decision about what steps to take next.

Their pharmacy is terrible. I could excuse the long wait times, if it weren't for the staff. I just had neck surgery in August, and due to other painful health issues, I am prescribed a low dose of percocet to manage my pain. I usually use Kroger, but their stock will be on back order until December. So I had my doctor call my meds over to Walgreens. I hadn't used Walgreens in a couple of years, and now I remember why. I went up there, in person, and after waiting in line for over 20 minutes, when there were only 2 customers ahead of me, I asked about my meds. I explained I don't have a working vehicle, and I had to get a ride from someone else. The woman at the register told me the pharmacist had to verify my meds, without explaining what that meant, and when I asked how long that would take, she took a rude tone with me and told me to go sit down, it would take 15 minutes. After waiting for an additional 30 minutes, the actual pharmacist came out and was acting hostile, in front of my 7 year old son. He said, "I'm going to keep my voice down, if you want me to be loud, I can be loud, but I'm going to keep my voice down, so the other customers can't hear this conversation." He wasn't keeping his voice low. EVERYONE could hear him. He didn't pull me to the side, he walked right into the waiting area. He continued, "It is our policy to verify prescriptions for narcotics. Why did you choose Walgreens? Tell me what's going on." I told him about Kroger's backorder situation, about my neck surgery, about the person who drove me there, waiting for me, and why I chose Walgreens. But he continued talking to me like some kind of pill junkie. Then he said, "I will call Kroger, and if they verify you, I'll see about filling your prescription, but if they don't, we won't fill them." Which would've been fine, but his demeanor was aggressive, and now the rest of the customers were staring at me. After accusing me of trying to get a different prescription filled too early, even though I told the staff, twice, I wasn't picking that one up until the middle of next month, it took an additional 25 minutes, before I was called over to the counter, to pay. I'm giving them 2 stars, instead of 1, because after finally calling Kroger, they were nice to me. The difference in their attitudes towards me was like night and day. I understand the stigma attached to opiates, but they could've easily called Kroger and verified me a LOT sooner. Plus, I'm on the lowest dose available, and the hideous surgical wound on my throat should've at least shown that I had surgery. But now that I'm verified, they'll probably treat me better next time. At least until kroger can be used again.

Employees are extremely rude, they don't greet you when you walk in or speak when you greet them. They rarely have the merchandise you're looking for. I could've sworn the one guy was watching me as I shopped. Very uncomfortable location.
