I have never been treated or spoken to so inappropriately and in such a demeaning manner by a Walgreens employee, granted College Park is known for their rude pharmacists. I pride myself in never being impolite or losing my cool, even when others are rude to me, yet somehow after I calmly asked a simple question I was DIRECTED to sit down and told that my “sass wasn’t needed,” with no information on what was being done with my medication! So I sat down and was eventually called to the front, where I was told my prescription was 70 dollars. They didn't even ask me about next steps nor did they inform me of the total! I called my husband in tears and left! Do yourself a favor and never go here!

Spent over hour in line at the pharmacy, super ride staff .. no sense of urgency what so ever! The absolute worst!!!!

Worst service ever, the night pharmacist name Chris was unprofessional, and when I asked her for her supervisor's information because of her poor customer service she replied that I can Google it if I wanted it because she was going on break. That's unacceptable. After talking to the front store supervisor it was brought to our attention that this is how Chris normally acts.

I was told that my prescription was out of stock and could came back at night to pick up. However, when I came back at night, they told me my prescription arrived but in the container that they still couldn’t just open and fill it for me, while all the other Walgreen around the area were closed. Really need my prescription immediately today. They could have told me to transfer to another store earlier. It’s impossible to call their phone and I have to go to the store in person so many times.

This is the sorriest excuse of a pharmacy!! I only use it because of the 24 hour it stays open. However staff still cannot seem to be quick even late at night with no one else in line. They move like sloths and they’re rude for no reason. I hope they get put out of business or replaced by better staff but it’s been years and continues to get worse!!!

There is one lady who works here that is so sweet to me and my dog. I will get her name and edit this later??❤️This pharm is so busy. My complaint is: #1 I have to go there several times to get my full script. My scrip requires lots of phone dialog (unfortunately) so my #2 issue is that most of the time, they either don't answer the phone and when they do, they immediately put me on hold (never allowing a response), and then for the next 45 min when the automated system Rings them again,(probably because I've been waiting for so long) they pick up the phone and set it back down to put me on hold again. I finally give up and hang up, then I have to drive up there to ask the question about my prescription. When I do drive there, it is usually not ready and I have to plan another trip back. Very frustrating for me, mostly because I work long hours and long days?.I love to leave good reviews but I also know that leaving an honest review is a good way to bring attention to a problem and give the company a chance to make it right. I will stay with Walgreens with the hope that this problem will be solved and I will be able to change to a ?????

The person at the pharmacy I spoke to on the phone should not be in this profession. This young female had the most disgusting disposition when I called in about a prescription for my son that we cannot find. Then the little B had the nerve to hang up on me. Absolutely disgusting human being.

Waited hours for RX to be ready. I called and was told it would be another hour. When I went to pick it up, I was told they don't have what I need and that I just have spoken to someone at the call center, and the call center does not have accurate information. I had to call my doctor for an alternative and wait an additional 2 hours, for a total of 6 hours to get relief from excruciating pain because this is the only 24h pharmacy. The ONLY reason I even sent my RX here is because this is the only place that SAID they had what I was prescribed. If they said they did not have it in the first place, I would have kept looking. Then when I called back, they put my on hold and never came back to the phone. The phone hung up after 1 hour. Would never recommend this place.

I have had the worst pharmacy experience with Walgreens Pharmacy on College Park. I have been trying to talk with pharmacy staff in the dispensing Pharmacy. No one will pick up the phone, the phone just rings then hangs up. I was on hold for 30 min each and I have called three times. Each time one calls there is an automated system that is not responsive when I asked to speak to pharmacy staff. When I finally get a live person, they cannot help, they have to transfer you to the dispensing pharmacy that will not answer their phone. One person told me to just go up to the store they MIGHT be able to help you in person. I do not have time to drive to the store for a "Might be able to help me." If and when I get the critical medication I need I will not use this Walgreens Pharmacy. Their customer service is poor and in need of intense customer care training.

We decided to get our flu shots on Sunday morning, thinking that the pharmacy would be less busy. We made a 10 AM appointment online and typed up our information sheets using the online form. When we arrived at the phamacy, there were no customers waiting. With all this preparation and timing, we still waited a full half-hour to get our shots. The staff were probably busy filling prescriptions, but they would have to do that before or after our appointment in any case. My question is: What's the point of making an appointment if you have to wait just as long (or longer) as you would without one? I don't know if the staff were overloaded with backlog or if they were just slow. The person who administered the shots seemed confused and actually dropped the hypodermics on the floor. They were still in their wrappers, so she used them.

Guys, you should get a Starbucks franchise inside the store.... we waited for more than an hour for a prescription. Definitively not coming back...unless you start offering coffee/musical shows or entertainment options while waiting. ?
