Over priced, fast work and my nails were thick. I asked for gel on top of my nails (not fake nails) she applied the gel and it was thick and then she practically drilled away my natural nail underneath when cleaning under my nails. I had started with one lady then was asked to move to another chair then a different lady finished and both did a bad job for this one nail job. Then overcharged me. Disappointing! Don't go here!

One of the cheapest places in town but you’ll leave with different shaped nails and paint still on your fingers. Listened to one of the guys snoring in the back and the girl doing my mom’s toes on the phone her entire pedicure. F no translates pretty well across the different languages and the lady called my expensive engagement ring fake in her language (moisanite ) when the guy complimented how much it shined. Got a ‘I’m doing you a favor’ vibe rather than ‘I’m happy to have you as a customer’ vibe. Left them a $40 combined tipped before leaving and will never be back (: will never cheat on my guy at NT nails for a cheaper price ever again.

I will never go to this nail salon again. The nail tech talked on the phone the whole time I was in her chair. She never offered me a drink, nor did she give me the controller to my chair; which is asked for twice but she never responded except to say one minute while pointing at her ear because she was on the phone. The whole 30-45 minutes I was in the chair getting my toes done I had to listen to the manager/owner snoring in the next room. Went for a pedi exactly one week ago today and got shellac polish in my toenails. The polish is already peeling off and the bottoms of my feet feel like sand paper. I will never go to this location again.

I have been s customer for almost a year. I love the atmosphere is relaxing. Staff is great. My favorite nail Technician is Vicky. My nails were brittle but now they are stronger and no longer require tips. I can do gel or shellac on my nails and I love it.

Came to Vivid Nails to get a regular pedicure and shellac on my nails (manicure) m on 12/9/2023 today it’s 12/18/2023 and my “shellac” it’s coming off all my nails. Bad place, they don’t know what they are doing. I have never had a shellac that lasted only 9 days yet they charge me shellac price.

I used to come to vivid nails years ago and stopped due to vehicle issues. I finally chose to come back and it was okay. They did a decent job, definitely not the best and were priced reasonably. But the last time I went is the last time I will ever spend money there. I always made appointments as soon as they opened and showed up on time. The last time I showed up and had to wait, I was told the person she helped first had made an appointment before me. Which was a lie because I WATCHED her write me in and NOBODY was in the book. I guess she just liked them better. Then she was yanking me around, and filing my nails roughly like she was pissed off. And even the gentleman who was doing my toes looked embarrassed and terrified for me. I have never been treated this way by someone I am paying for a service. The worst part is Vicky is the owner, but with that attitude and unprofessionalish im surprised she has any business at all. If you want to spend money to be treated poorly then head to dicks last resort at least you get a meal and a drink with it. I will never ever go back here.

Absolutely NOT worth the money. I never spend my time complaining about certain experiences I have at places but please avoid this nail salon at all costs when it comes to their pedicures it’s absurd. I asked for shellac and I’m pretty sure this is regular nail polish. The lady that did them was pretty sloppy..Not only that, I paid $50 for my toes to get painted and this didn’t include a massage what so ever. Just for my feet to look like this 3-4 days later..is absolutely ridiculous. I’m not too pleased at all considering I tired giving them a chance I won’t be coming back! I would’ve rather bought press on nails for $10 from walmart.
