By far, the worst experience so far. Early yesterday I ordered a phone online, this was for a same day pick up and a store that said it was available. Hours later, still no word about the order being ready. I called verizon but they didn’t help, called this morning, nothing. Called Verizon again in the afternoon, they said it’s still “processing” but I can go to the store and it would be ready. Get here, now waiting again. The door was locked but a single salesman was helping a customer, came to the door and said since he’s helping someone else, it’ll be another 20-30 minutes. Time will tell.
*update…The man at the store was very professional and helpful. The issue was with the people during the day of the order

Worst service ever, sales person burped while talking to me, didn't even stand up from his chair to great me, called to talked to manager and a guy named Robin hung up on me, manager was never available. Do not shop at Verizon, there's other cel phone carriers out there that actually care. One star is too much for this store.

If you ever need premium service just go in to this store on Hwy 242. I went up there with my phone issues and Juan attended to me and helped resolve the problem not minding he had just gotten in from the rains..
