I recently visited a Wax and Hair Removal Salon (suit 174, Afshan) with my baby and stroller, and I have to say it was an absolutely terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially those with infants.First of all, the salon staff seemed completely unprepared for my arrival with a baby and a stroller. The moment I entered, I was greeted with disapproving glances and an audible sigh from the receptionist. It was as if they were annoyed that I had brought my baby along, even though I had called ahead to inquire about their policy and was assured it wouldn't be a problem.The salon itself was poorly equipped to accommodate a stroller. The narrow hallways and cramped waiting area made it extremely difficult to maneuver around with a baby stroller. I had to constantly apologize to other clients for blocking their way or accidentally bumping into them. It created an uncomfortable and stressful atmosphere for both me and my baby.To make matters worse, the salon lacked proper baby changing facilities or a designated area for breastfeeding. When I asked the staff if they had a private space where I could tend to my baby's needs, they simply pointed me to a small restroom that barely had enough room for one person, let alone a stroller.The actual wax and hair removal procedure was equally disappointing. My esthetician seemed rushed and uninterested in providing quality service. She barely acknowledged my concerns or asked about my preferences. Throughout the procedure, I had to constantly juggle attending to my baby's needs while trying to endure the painful treatment.Moreover, the salon's lack of consideration for my baby's safety was shocking. I had to ask multiple times for them to turn down the temperature of the wax heater, as it was clearly too hot for my baby to be exposed to. It felt like they were neglecting basic safety protocols.In the end, the entire experience was a complete disaster. The salon's unprofessionalism, lack of proper facilities, and disregard for my baby's well-being made me regret ever setting foot in that place. I urge other parents to avoid this salon if they have young children. There are plenty of other wax and hair removal establishments that are more accommodating and respectful towards families. I will talk every single person that l know not to go that place.
