The worst service

the owner of this location is extremely unprofessional. He told me after providing business to his location that I couldn't throw away my trash in the store. He then proceeded to take my metal object that was already thrown away and threw it at me on my way into my car.

The owner is the most rudest person ever! Drive a few miles down 1488 to the other UPS where they actually know how to treat their customers! The owner is an extremely rude person who does not know how respect his customers or employees.

I was in the area and needed just one copy. ONE! So I looked up place that print nearby and of course this location popped up. They want to charge $3.25 minimum for copies. Which meant that my ONE sheet would be $3.25 PLUS TAX to print. This is highway robbery. And the young man working was semi rude which he may get the brunt of people thinking it’s absurd to charge that fee but there is still customer service lessons needing to be learned especially when the customer is not rude. I will suggest taking your business elsewhere.
*The one star is because I had to put it there to leave a review.*

I have been a customer of this store for a LONG time and I even have my mail box with this store for YEARS. It used to be good with the previous owner but the new owner came and everything turned upside down.
Today I brought in some Amazon return packages. There are 4 large boxes (from one single order). These boxes are large and a bit heavy. I carried them into the store one at a time. As I was moving in and out, I explained more than three times that these boxes all belong to one order to let them wait for the scanning. The owner just watched me moving in and out to bring in all those 4 big boxes. Then he started telling me that I could not return them because they belong to one order and I need to put all those 4 boxes into one GIANT box to ship! I told him I don’t even think I could find a box that big and he wanted me to buy it there or get 4 shipping labels for that one order. Ok, I get it. But why didn’t you tell me while or even before I was moving in and out with all those big boxes?!
I didn’t even complain and started bringing those 4 boxes back to my car. Since the boxes are heavy, one kind store employee (a young man) stepped out to help me carry the boxes. However, when I walked back into the store to get more boxes, I heard the owner blaming the young employee FOR HELPING ME! The employee stood against him and asked the owner to show him the UPS rules that prohibit him from helping customers loading and unloading heavy packages. The nice young man continued helping me loading. I really appreciate his help and feel sorry for him to work under such a terrible management. As a female of smaller size, I just wonder from when UPS started to have this hostile rule to customers? I believe it is just HIS rules (the owner’s).
If you want to receive courteous service, do yourself a favor and do not come to this store as the owner will treat you like dirt. I will not renew my mail box service at this location for sure!

I am not sure why the owner of this location insists on being so nasty to his customers.
His packing material (bubble wrap) is far more expensive than at other locations. We saw the price and asked him to remove it from our package. The one sheet of bubble wrap cost more than the entire box!
He REFUSED to remove it and continued to argue. My husband paid and left to save himself anymore headache with this “owner”.
I called and we agreed that I could come get my items and be refunded. I later found out that he’d told the employees to ship my package if I didn’t come by a certain time (a time which wasn’t closing time, and wasn’t communicated to me at all…thank goodness I called). So now a $500 medical device is sitting at the UPS Store due to this man’s greed. It could have already been halfway to the person who needs it, if he’d just removed the sheet of bubble wrap from the box.
Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before coming here. I’ve been here on previous occasions and have seen this owner in the back yelling on the phone. He’s a nasty person and I will not be back again after I retrieve my items.
Go to the other UPS store locations, they have far better reputations.
Corporate office has been contacted.

Worst ups store experience ever. Incredibly rude employee, yells at customers and ushers them out when he doesn’t like something.

I had to change my iPhone delivery to this UPS Store instead of my residence. The owner explained the process and even told me the time to expect it to arrive. All the staff is both friendly and helpful whenever I ship a package. Cheers!

I kindly request your understanding and compassion towards our local merchant, UPS Store (Rashesh Patel), the owner and accommodates “Amazon drop-offs”. It's evident that his service is invaluable to our community, providing us with a convenient spot to drop off our Amazon packages. While dropping off packages may not significantly contribute to UPS’s profits (It’s actually very, very, very, very small) it greatly benefits us in terms of convenience. However, it's important for us to be mindful and prepared when utilizing this service. Even if we overlook the label requirements occasionally, the cost of purchasing them on-site is minimal. (I have been there, and I know how frustrating it is to overlook this, and be surprised to find out that you actually needed to print a label or bring the box).I believe that by taking a moment to read the label and ensuring we have everything prepared before arriving, we can avoid any negative experiences and reviews for this location altogether.Let's show our support and appreciation for Rashesh Patel's contribution to our community by being considerate and prepared when using his service.Thank you so much.

Staff ok but owner is rude and sexist! I used to go here quite often to ship packages after the Shipping Store on 242 messed up two separate deliveries. However after seeing the new owner Raj verbally berate a female customer for ten minutes because she accidentally switched two mailing labels and needed to have them reprinted, I will not return to this location. As she tried to explain, he would cut her off and tell her not to yell or talk back, and then loudly blamed the line that was forming on her mistake. It was uncomfortable and awkward.
