Lost $800 in sale today just because of your cashier. I wanted to price match for 4 bottles of 1 item and rest of items on my list were already competitively priced. I pulled up the price on the competitors website but cashier wanted it on the app. Price on their app and their website are same. And website was showing pick up today!!I have been your location before and have successfully price matched. Not sure if she was having a bad day or not. But you have lost me permanently as a customer. I rather drive 15 mins extra for a far superior customer service.

I absolutely love this store. The staff is always friendly (especially Stacey). They are very knowledgeable About their product and always have great suggestions. They always remember me and what I like, unlike some of the other local liquor stores. I feel like they appreciate my business and I’m not just another number walking through the door.

I absolutely love this location. The staff is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. They give great recommendations and will even help find the item if it's not something they regularly carry. Leagues above any other place I've ever shopped. They definitely make it easy to spend money here! ?

I absolutely LOVE this place. Not only does this store carry just about anything you could be looking for, but the woman that work here are the absolute sweetest people ever. This store has earned my business not only for having what I look for but for the fantastic customer service that I receive from the moment I walk in to the time that I leave. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! 10/10

I typically try to support local businesses but will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I've been to this location twice.My first encounter I was up sold on a supposedly great bottle of tequila. It was definitely more expensive but definitely bottom shelf.My second experience I went in and made a decent side purchase for a small gathering. On the way out I simply asked if I could use the restroom. I was told there was no public restroom available. I chose not to argue but this is definitely against the law. I will post the link to the texas laws regarding public restrooms. I suffer from a gastrointestinal disorder that requires establishment to make a restroom available.

So I walked in the store tonight with my purse which is a backpack with both arms through the straps, the bag on my back and the bag closed. As I walk in I speak to the clerks. I know exactly what I want so I go straight to the first aisle of the store to pick up my Makers Mark, where the whiskey is kept. Before I could even get on the isle Barbara Ann comes speeding behind me. I see her out of my peripheral, but I'm still not really paying attention. When I get on the aisle there's another gentleman standing there trying to make a decision. I grab my Makers Mark and turn around and Barbara Ann is pretending to be facing the Crown Royal Apple! She literally pulled one box of it to the front? I smirked and walked to the counter where the other clerk proceeded to check me out. As she rang me up I noticed Barbara Ann was back behind the counter empty-handed so she didn't really go to the whiskey isle to get anything it was just to watch the black girl that came in the store with the big bag! As the clerk asked me did I need a receipt and I said "no"Barbara Ann then proceeded to tell me to have a nice day! I smirked and walked out of the store. Food for thought... all Black people don't steal! I do have a designer backpack as a purse! That does not mean I am coming in there to steal bottles! If I was trying to steal I would have walked in with the backpack in my hand half opened! That would have made it more assessable! In your quest of racial profiling, please don't be so obvious!

Store looks nice but oh wow!! They are overpriced on almost everything I could lay my eyes on. Some items are almost $20 more than what I recently paid at other competitor. First and last visit.... no thank you.

Wow . I was actually amazed how nice the people were in here. I've never in my life have had as much good customer service as I did today. The man working asked what I was looking for I read off my list he got each thing for me and carried it for me to the register I was shocked it was so nice. Then I asked for a sample of what they had out and he happily poured it for me and described what I was drinking. They are extremely professional and courteous. I will start going here for now on!
