Walk ins. Definitely not welcome. Been coming here for years with no issues as a walk in. Last three times I've been turned away. "Need an Appointment " I have always been fit in before but now it's no. I guess when they were starting out they valued my business. Now that they are a big chain it doesn't matter.

Everyone person in here is lazy. Every time I have come in they have turned me away. I recommend going to the one in Woodforest.

Walked in for a haircut. I was never even acknowledged by either of the women working, much less greeted. One of them had a customer in the chair, the other did not. I stood at bar/computer check in area for several minutes, looking directly at the one who had no client, never received even a glance. I walked out and will never return.

Scheduled an appointment two days in a row and both times I come in and they tell me there’s a wait. What’s the point in having appointments available? Just say walk-in only if that’s the case.

Since we discovered this place for the haircut, we loved it, we brought our boy and they left him super handsome

This was my first time here. Excellent customer service from check in to check out. Adri was very professional and courteous. I wanted to try a new hairstyle, she was attentive, informative, and a pleasure to talk to. I will be back.

I’ve loved coming here since the first time. I have been to multiple Tune Up locations and was not impressed, BUT, Alyssa (manager) and her OG Magnolia team got it going on. Alyssa seems to value her team and the team in turn seems motivated. Very accommodating every visit, and I have finally found someone with real talent to help me maintain my beard and hair. Nina is my go-to gal and she not only keeps me coming back, but she was the one to convince of the value in the VIP package on my first visit here; believe me, it’s worth it. Good drinks, friendly and talented team, clean place, and good entertainment seems like the full shebang. ???
