It took 30 minutes to get an x ray then thirty minutes to see the dentist and then thirty minutes to see the hygienist. My teeth didn't even feel clean afterwards. The hygienist just rushed through the process. The dentist spent about two minutes with me and then left. The room was unclean. I saw a roach crawl across the floor. It felt like I was getting my teeth clean at a fast food place. Maybe I'm being over critical because I loved my last dentist so much but please do something about the roach.

Great dentist but horrible book keeping. Didn’t file on our insurance correctly and cost us $$$ because of their incompetences.

Dr. Tuka is amazing and all of the staff. I've been to several dentists in Conroe and none are at caring as Dr. tuka and the staff, and no office can get me in as quick as this office can. I highly recommend this place!

I had to wait over an hour for my cleaning because the hygienist had called out for the day. Whoever took my X-rays didn't know what she was doing and was making me bite on somthing at weird angles so that it was piercing my top pallet. X-rays shouldn't hurt. Then the hygienist rushed my cleaning and didn't even floss around my retainer. Cherry on top was the dentist came in and said I needed a crown on one tooth even though the last time I had gone to the dentist everything was fine. I got a second opinion and a better cleaning at another office a month later, and yep, no need for any crowns or fillings the dentist here recommended. I will not be going back.

This place is absolutely wonderful , do not waste your time anywhere else. I've had excruciating tooth pain for the past couple days , no other place in the area wanted to help. Went to multiple other dentist to no avail but thank the Lord for the staff here ? they helped take care of all my needs , were super friendly and accommodating. Pain free and left with a smile forsure ! Id give a million stars if I could thank you all so much. I can finally sleep without this tooth tearing me apart ?

I've been to this dentist office a total of 3 times over 18 months.1st-I'm a new patient going in for a cleaning. They tell me I need a deep cleaning (even though I've never missed any other routine cleanings before coming to them) and how much it cost. I tell them I can't afford that and they proceed with a regular cleaning.2nd-regular cleaning, nothing was mentioned about a deep cleaning.3rd-It felt like I was at a car dealership being told how much I need a deep cleaning. Once again, I told them I can't afford it and they informed me they can no longer do regular cleanings.I'm assuming they make more money from a deep cleaning as opposed to a regular cleaning or have some sort of quota they have to meet.

I went this off today. Dr Lindsay was great. He didn't hurt me and God knows that I'm a chicken. He explained everything that he was doing. Thank You Dr. Lindsay

We have scheduled a preventative care dental appointment, and this local dental office still sent us a bill of $46 each for my spouse and I. When our insurance was supposed to cover those preventative care appointment we were so disappointed we thought this was a good local dental office we could visit, but I believe I can’t not trust them. I don’t mind paying for something I agree to, but when this was a preventative care, dental appointment, it was supposed to be fully covered by my dental insurance. I feel like if I go back to do any other work with them financially how am I supposed to trust them with something that was supposed to be covered still ended up with a bill. Plus, I had to wait a long time because the dentist was taking his time trying to convince for what it sounded like, an older gentleman on pursuing a treatment he was suggested, so had me waiting 30 minutes.

First thing that went bad was communication is bad. I called to see if my partial was ready because it had been over a month. Come to find out it was ready and no one called me.The Drs assistant was not concerned about much. She shoved gauze in my mouth and said it was to numb my gums. Left for over 20 minutes she never checked to ask if I was doing ok. With a mouthful of saliva that I spit into bib that could have been taken out with suction.Dr comes in checks to make sure gums were numb enough to administer shot. I received shot thinking that was the most painful shot until he said he was going to give me a shot in the roof of my mouth. Before I could say I was not given anything to numb the roof of my mouth I received the shot and it was the most excruciating pain. My legs came off the chair and I shrieked. Again no one said are you ok? I have been to many dentists over the year but this was the worst. Did I forget to mention I had blood around my mouth that assistant never cleaned, she watch me take it off. She needs some compassion and people skills. At 71 I have experienced a lot of people that are lazy at their jobs. If she is your best I feel bad for other patients that don’t know the difference between a professional and someone that doesn’t care.

I have never had such a bad experience with dental. The young dentist is arrogant and rude. I’ve told him that my teeth are hurting under the caps and all he will do is file them down. He messed up my partial so that it doesn’t sit right And refused to fix it when I was there. Now, not to my surprise they are telling me that I owe more than I was told I was going to owe. I knew that I shouldn’t have gone back this last time but I thought OK it’s just a couple of fillings. It will be OK. It’s not OK. With everything in me, please do not go there.

Our first experience was great but the second cleaning my daughter had was not so great; we ended up going with a different dentist and practice all together. I don’t like how commercialized this practice is. I’d recommend getting a second opinion for treatment.

Went in with a tooth that needed attention. Didn't send me to 2-3 other places like others tried to do. Definitely a one stop Dental Clinic. Dr Soldi laid out the options and scheduled a follow up, removed the tooth ( one of the least painful extraction ever) and scheduled for my bridge. Definitely recommend!!

My husband and I have been going to this center in Conroe for more than two years and we love it. Unfortunately the hygenist currently employed, who has been there for at least 6 months, is HORRIBLE! She doesn’t know how to clean teeth and is clumsy with the instruments. I had my teeth “cleaned” today and they feel rough and not clean. We go to a dentist every 6 months without fail and my husband used to Wyoming a clinic, so I know what a good hygienist should do. The lady employed by Trinity at the location in Conroe (Hwy 105 near IH 45) is the worst!
