I’ve been coming here for years and always have the best interactions with everyone working. Chad helped me out today with getting materials to build a feeder pen and was very knowledgeable, he knew exactly what I was looking for and I was out the door quick.

Went to the store to buy a generator and spoke with 4 employees in the process. They were all very professional and helpful. One stood out amongst them all, Chad, helped me load the generator in the back of my truck and then he also volunteered to help me unload the generator at my home once he got off of work.Chad also helped me get it up and running the following day since I am not familiar with operating a generator. I look forward to further interactions with Tractor supply , Chad and all its great employees.

My 1st time to visit, on a Friday morning, on my way to work. The store was brightly lit, clean with a calm friendly atmosphere.
I was greeted at the door by the cashier who directed me to the part of the store, I needed. The cashier then called someone to help me with my selections, who could answer my questions.
When I had collected the products I was interested in, I returned to the cashier who told me about the TSC Neighbor's Club Rewards so I get more from every purchase. She entered my info into the system for future visits.
Then the cashier told me about PetVet & the Vets next scheduled visit to my store. Additionally, the cashier provided me with written literature about the above programs for me to review at home.
I was really impressed by the store & will return soon. Was a little pricey on some items but I have never visited this type of store before, so the prices may within normal limits on the items I chose.
Nevertheless, I highly recommend this store for pet supplies & equipment for home & field.

I had a bad experience but after leaving a review I had the GM call and fix everything. I really appreciate that level of customer service. We got replacement chicks after the ones we bought were sick.

Yesterday I shopped at TSC for the first time & was so impressed by the service I received. I’m physically disabled so I wasn’t sure how I was going to manage getting the 40 lb bag of TSC pine pelletized bedding I came to purchase into the car, much less, out of it once home. CJ happily split the bag into two then loaded the two 20 lb bags into the trunk for me. Nowadays it’s often difficult to find the kindness, friendliness, & willingness to help that I saw in CJ. It may have been a little thing, but her warmth really did brighten my day.

Customer service is top notch but I have a huge problem. The "4 health" store brand line of dog good the puppy formula. It took me a while to narrow it down but both my dogs have gotten sick at the same time 4 times in the last 3 months and it's every time I get a new bag of that food. I've come to the conclusion that there is a consistency issue somewhere and something is making them sick from that food idk if there is a difference in batches or what but carefully narrowed it down to that after spending a ton if money at the vet and other attempts to mitigate the issue . They have been perfectly fine and just got a new bag and same stuff both having stomach issues again the exact day I open the new bag. I wouldn't put this on here if I wasn't sure but at this point there is 0 else it could be nothing is dif in their regimen except new bags of food. Also there was a 2 month period where they didn't get the big bags at all and I was forced to get the smaller bags which they happen to make more money on I was not super thrilled about that and I requested and brought it to their attention each time I was there and it was still over 2 months with no big bags. These pups getting sick at the stomach at the same time every other bag of food I open is wild and I can't do it anymore. I'll and since thise place is out of my way I might as well switch it to something I can get to easier and don't have to worry about the unknown inconsistencies. Which is a shame because the staff are always attentive and friendly. Buyer beware of the "4 health puppy formula"

My first time in that place they recommended it to me to look for products for my new puppy there is a great variety of them, very efficient staff it was a good experience I bought all this for my new puppy, there were several products in particular, I could save money

We got there 20 minutes before closing and immediately we heard over the loud speaker the store was closing in 13 minutes. We found that odd but continued our shopping. My husband asked for help with something outside since the door was locked, the employee said they’d already closed up the outside and he would need to come back. That was annoying. Then we were finishing up our last item and an employee came over and asked what we needed help since they were closed. There was still technically more than 5 minutes before their sign hours. She was really irritated with us. No one was helpful. Won’t go back to this location
