When they towed my truck here the driver didn't leave me his card. I had to find out where my truck was being towed to through the police report. People that I dealt with at their shop are very courteous. Overall I like the service they had provided.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a decent experience with a impound lot, But this place was quick fast and nice and also not as expensive as I’ve seen in the past with other lots.
Wrecker was super cool and showed up quick on a Sunday

Picked up my SUV that was towed and noticed that the headlights were left on and now the light bulbs are out! Couldn't go into work because I get off when it is dark. So I had to go and purchase new bulbs. Already spent almost $300 to get my car out of town and then had to spend $45 more on headlights. When I called to mention what had happened Sean got smart with me and said we take pictures and your headlights were not shinning and your break lighta were low. We don't fix your car we just tow it. I said I understood just wanted them to be aware to not leave lights on because they were working and also the break lights either work or don't work lol

I broke down 5 miles from my house with my son so I called a few different tow services and the first 2 quoted me outrageous prices and 1 of them was going to take 2 hours to get to me and being that I’m a single mom I had to consider price/time so Tommy’s Wrecker Service was my 3rd and last call I had to make cause Chris gave me the best price and it only took him 20min to get to me :) Hopefully I won’t need anymore towing services anytime soon but if I do, Tommy’s will be my go to company.

Excellent pricing and excellent work. I hit my garage, and I had to get my bumper replaced. Since I work from home, and I live right around the corner, they even agreed to take me home to work while they fixed it so I didn't have to get a rental for a day. AND they even cleaned my car inside and out. Excellent customer service and out of four places I got an estimate/ time frame from, they were the best. Highly recommend.

This place is a scam! They first take your money and claim it's for the first 24 hours fee knowing they are not even open at 130am Sunday morning but charge you 50$ then turn around and charge you 20$ on Monday saying that's 50$ for the paperwork going out on Monday morning and 20$ for 24 hours after the car was towed wait.. what!! I'm confused. When do the 24 hr start? ohh Guess what as soon as they get your car.. open or not Y'all!! So now we up 70$ she tells me the tow is 211.50 storage fee is 60.00 add 20$ on there for a grand total of 348.10 And the best part they lock your car up behind a gate and steal everything out of it!! And tell you to prove you had it in there and to do a police report after you just had an accident on Sunday morning. They claim they have a contract with the Conroe Police so be careful Folks
