“I get my tires checked for air regularly. Monthly, or when going on a trip. Especially if it's a super cold weather. If it's super cold, be prepared for a long line. They do, however, if you've bought your tires there, provide an email to record your tire tread wear & verbally remind you to rotate your tires. No tipping is expected, but, I usually tip $1, sometimes I only have change. Because I didn't get myself in the Texas heat ?, or extreme cold ❄️& do it myself. I appreciate they put what tire pressure I request instead of the recommended tire pressure on the inside of the driver door.”

I was told that it would potentially be the next day before they could get it done, but it was done in 3 hours on the day I brought it in. Thursday I went in and staff immediately installed tires and advised that rear brakes needed to be replaced,so i gave them the ok to install new pads.
I would recommend this Business to anyone in need of Tire replacement or any other vehicle repairs.”

It took a few calls to get through but they had my tire. This will be my backup spot from now on. Always remember to support small businesses!”
“One of my tires wasn't holding air, my coworker recommended this place. I pulled up and in 5 minutes they found a nail. He patched it for $10. Great work, great prices, no frills. I highly recommend for tire repairs.”
“These guys here at the shop have most definitely gone above what I expected when I showed up. They showed me how bad my tire was, wish I knew. But they also pointed out that my entire rim was cracked, which was the main cause for my tire leaking air. They helped me with the problem as best as possible and even gave me a good deal on the tire. So grateful for their help!!!”

“I had my complete A/C replaced 5/19/23. It was blowing hot so I took it in yesterday to have it checked. I was told the condenser was bad. They said the warranty expired by one week. They said they would pay for the part but I would have to pay the labor, $880. I said I didn't think that was fair so he said he would talk to the Mgr and call me in the AM. They called back and said they could do it for $480. I said I still didn't think that was fair as it was only out of warranty for ONE WEEK. They asked the Mgr again and decided to to the right thing and fix it at NO CHARGE! I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. I was due for an oil change/tire rotation. I always have that done at the dealership but I was so impressed by the fair treatment I got that I had it done there. I have been a loyal Firestone customer for over 20 years and this is why. Please let everyone at store 907034 how much I appreciate everything they did for me”

“I went in as a walk in on a Saturday morning. So understandably the wait was a little long, i was told it would take anywhere from 2-4 hours to get sensors installed on some tires but they were able to do it in an hour. Everyone working there was very professional and nice.
No-one seemed to take any shortcuts and I will definitely be back again!”
