I work for a towing service I pulled into store 7801 about 10:30 11:00 last night to get a cup of coffee after my run and I was immediately flashed with a flashlight from the window to the parking lot and given the backhand motion to get out of here. I didn't even get to get out of my truck to go get a cup of coffee so I left and I came back today to speak to a manager no manager on duty and the same attendant that was motioned me to leave last night abruptly got up and started over talking me and telling me that I could get out of his store or he was calling the cops. I continued to tell him that I was there to get a cup of coffee and he was telling me I couldn't Park where I was parked I did not know this because he never told me he was really rude and did not want to hear anything I had to say horrible professionalism horrible courtesy towards customers I will never go back to that location as long as this individual is still working there unable to handle and talk to customers the way he wants to not knowing what they were there for something really needs to be done about him young skinny wearing a beanie does not need to be tending to customers at that location weather at matters or not 7801 has lost any and all of my business

I pulled in to check my GPS because I didn’t want to do this and drive at the same time. This guy comes up to my window and starts fussing me asking me to roll down my window, I’m sorry no that’s not happening. I told him I was adding my GPS with the address and he yelled at me saying I can’t park where the gas things are. That’s fine but seriously don’t yell at me. I literally just pulled up. You’re seriously that bored to come running out the moment I pulled in to yell at me for “parking” in a spot which literally has no markings or “ no parking” on them
So I moved like a civil person would do into a parking spot that had lines even though I wasn’t in a “ no parking spot”
Extremely rude and un called for. He said he was going to call the cops on me if I didn’t move.
It literally wasn’t marked a “no parking” zone
Whatever dude get off your cheap job high horse and get a better life.
If this gas station has employees that come outside to harass people I want nothing to do with this place.
Y’all go up one more exit if your are going north on I45 Much better gas station there with better bathrooms too.

So much for be safe while getting on your phone and driving. I was doing the right thing and I got yelled at for no reason.

I love coming to this store so much it’s very convenient for me and my family during our current situation at a hotel. Every time I come to this store I always see friendly smiling faces that welcome me like family Mr David, Stephen along with Caleb I think that’s his name? and other super friendly employees I highly recommend this store and thank y’all so much for being so nice to me and other customers god bless y’all!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. Attendant ( young skinny long haired guy or girl couldn’t tell ) smoking outside. I asked for help told to wait. Then came in checked his phone before even acknowledging I was already waiting for some time. I complained and he smiled and giggled. Save your time go somewhere that the service is better people. Trust me

Poor customer service poor management. Couldn’t go in and buy a bottled water with a $20 bill because they couldn’t break it. You’re telling me you are a busy convenient store right off of a very busy interstate and you can’t give me change for a $20 bill?? To whomever owns this business, you need to learn how to run a business and NEED better management and more respectful workers.
