I wish I could give this place a zero star...unbelievable I had my dress altered here and they promised me a day and I went at that time and they told me it wasn't ready and they hadn't even started...and I came back that night and it was "ready" and I didn't try it on at the place because first of all it's was disgusting!! and they told me they would press it for me and they said they didn't have time for that it would be even longer wait, so I told them no and I would take it somewhere else. so I get home and the dress wasn't even altered!!! this is horrible I WOULD NEVER COME BACK HERE...they don't care about there customers.

Brian Williams, why do you keep going back “over the years” if you keep have such a bad experience? Sounds like you’re a glutton for punishment. I’ve had nothing but good service. If there has ever been an issue, rarely, they remedy it immediately. Been going to them for years and will continue.

Bad customer service. Requested a zipper to be fix, the zipper was replace with a shorter zipper. Instead of resolving the problem my wife got insulted, sucjesting that she needed to loose weight. In this business, the costume is alway wrong.

Used them for years but every week now for months More busted or cooked buttons breaking off shirts. I’m done. $1200 a year in sales going somewhere else now.

I brought in a 3 month old dress to be dry cleaned, it was given back with a piece totally missing that held the dress together. The solution on their end was to replace the part after they told me it broke on the machine, i reluctantly agreed to allow some type of replacement. I went back once a week and they acknowledged they were unable to find a part. This happened for about 2 months of me waiting and checking in. I finally went in and said they I just needed reimbursement, the owner then told me it was my responsibility to find a part (bs) and that all I wanted was money for the dress (at this point yes) he was extremely rude and kept arguing with me. I attempted to negotiate a price of the items worth and he said no and walked to the back. So here I am left with no dress, no refund, and the worst taste in my mouth. I guess small claims is the solution. I would not be surprised if he treats his employees unfairly and takes advantage of them also. Ive never been so appalled at a business. It seems Im not the only one this has happened to unfortunately.
