Living at The Towers was a nightmare. Here are just a few of the major issues we faced:
-Catalytic Converter Theft: Due to the complex's open electric gates and lack of parking lot cameras, our catalytic converter was stolen. We later discovered that three other neighbors had experienced the same theft.
-Cockroach Infestation: After maintenance incorrectly repaired a water leak in our unit, we were overrun with cockroaches. The infestation was so severe that I was afraid to sleep.
-Deposit Theft and Unjustified Charges: Despite leaving the apartment in good condition with only normal wear and tear, the complex withheld our entire deposit and charged us an additional $345 for "needed wall painting." This charge was excessive, and they even sent the matter to collections.
The Towers was by far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in the Conroe-Woodlands area.

Visitor, the personnel are great however whoever built these things... Well leaves a lot to be desired. I visited and ended up having to weather hurricane Beryl... All of the windows and doors are not sealed properly they leaked terribly and the road noise horrendous. The lights went out almost 20 hours afterwords... Even though that was not the apartments fault they could have at least opened the pool so that the residents could cool off as well as have the use of the grills. Do not walk around the complex at night as there are multiple lights out as well as lights being out in the pool. The property used to have security at night per the tennat that I visited said but since they have pretty much filled all of the units night security has been scarce. For the price of these apartments, in my opinion, all of those issues should have quickly been addressed.

i live here and my building is infested with wasp nests . maybe if a review is left they’ll actually pay attention and fix the problem . there is wasp nest next to the elevator and all around the ceilings and i’ve been calling all week they keep telling me it’s going to get fixed the same day and a week later still not fixed . they just keep growing and growing every day making the elevator hard to use. this place is way too expensive and i pay way too much rent to have a wasp infested building and nobody who truly is doing something to fix it . also the entire building needs a good clean because it’s disgusting , whoever cleans the building if anyone even does because it doesn’t seem like it , needs to clean it better because they’re getting paid for nothing .

I toured these apartments and I was so impressed with the range of leasing options they provided as well as with their incredible amenities, well designed apartments, and overall apartment community. There is a huge walking trail and incredible swimming pool. If you come in for a tour, you’ll be shown around via golf cart and able to see the full gated property. I worked with Savannah, and she was very helpful and accommodating with my moving schedule and provided me with a very thorough tour. Highly recommend this property!

I started renting at the Towers in January, I rented through Savannah. I would say what really solidified my decision on moving here was Savannah. She had a very welcoming attitude and gave a great example of the sense of community that they uphold. I probably had three tours before moving in, and each time she was so kind about any questions or concerns I had, she showed me all the nice amenities, such as, the olympic sized swimming pool, the two nice dog parks, the nice field/ trail in the back, the community gym, etc. I go into the office/ clubhouse everyday, and she always makes everyone here feel so welcomed.
If deciding on taking a tour here, I would definitely always suggest Savannah, she is the friendliest leasing agent the Towers has, and will go out of her way to make sure you get everything you want.

Untrustworthy ownership.
1. I was told the application fee was waived.
2. Bait and switch, I was shown one apartment, much nicer, lease drawn up for another.
3. They tried to get me to sign a lease before seeing the less nicer apartment.
4. Had a death in the family, which postponed moving to the area. Told them it wasnt good timing.
Now they are sending me to collections for the application fee.

If you’re a black minority I don’t suggest this complex! Especially if they have other candidates that they personally feel meet the criteria without them properly screening applicants in a decent and order timely manner. I continued calls, physically showing up asking what was needed !? And was told that everything was good we were just waiting on management to send lease. Only for management to lie and mislead stating documents weren’t uploaded because they never asked. She attempted to make it like I was a fraud, though everything checked out. Instead they gaslighted and leased my unit taking my deposit/application fee with no clear screening or communication as to what was desired of me.
I was left homeless and out of money due to the negligence of this complex (TOWERS WOODLANDS) and its staff. My unit that was promised to me and told it was “off market “ by Savannah was completely a lie and mis-leading . I reached out to property management company only for them to continue with the same lies and polices that Savannah and Katie made up. Regardless this is a very bias company/complex and I suggest you do your research.
I was looking to lease at the Towers Woodland and I dealt with Savannah and Katie both showed poor skills in leasing they continuously lied and attempted to gaslight me in regards to leasing a unit that Savannah said was off market and she’d be sending me my leasing agreement. I called Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday all day attempting to see what my status was. Savannah stated that everything was good and her manager was working on my quote and leasing agreement. She continued to state that the unit was mine and she’d be reaching out once things ware done . She lied as did Katie and told me invalid company polices and procedures. I was looking to lease and was approved with conditions in which I accepted Friday January 27. Katie kept coming back with excuses claiming I had an invalid email though I received and submitted my application using the same email. They leased the unit to who they chose and did not abide by the equal fair housing law. Please reach out to me asap regarding this matter. I’m now homeless and out of unnecessary money with having to cancels movers etc due to the towers woodlands lies.

I lived at the towers last year. It was the worst experience ever. There’s dog pee and feces everywhere you can’t even walk around the place. The gym is always dirty or machines not working. “They are not a luxury apartment” the amenities are old not updated. When I left the apartment I hired a cleaning and moving services and left the place perfectly clean. They still charged me for the cleaning fee and send me to collections for $7. I have no problem playing that but they definitely lack integrity because I was told they were going to refund me the cleaning fee Instead they send me to collections which 7$ it’s nothing but it’s the principle. I called twice and they refuse ro acknowledged the facts. once your locked in in that contract your screwed. They are dishonest. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Packages always go missing, the gate is always open, people break into your car. parking situation is terrible unless you pay for parking.

Just moved in at the beginning of December and ever since Savannah and The Towers team has been top notch. Apartments are modern, the complex is clean, and a very quiet community. Just the kind of place I was looking to live in. Definitely recommend it.

I moved here Nov 2023, Savannah helped me throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable as it was my first apartment alone so I had a lot of questions and help. I had a walk in and she was very kind to give me a quick tour with all the information I needed. Approval process was very fast and she welcomed me on my move in day. Management team is responsive and prompt on any issues or questions Thank you Savannah?
