I just sprayed my Bedliner in my truck at Texan Truck Outfitters I love it in and out in the same day James showed me the difference in bedcovers I never knew bak flip MX4 bedcovers has a Styrofoam insert in the panels and pointed out why do they put a drip rail to catch the water if the cover doesn't leak I'm glad I didn't get a MX4 I did get the lomax bedcover and another customer came in that just had a lomax installed and he told me how he loved it and that he was a bak flip guy before James showed him the way ? ? ? I will be coming back for more...

Add airbags installed on the rear of my truck so I could tow My RV. Said it had a lifetime warranty. Now 3 years later no warranty??????

Came in to get a number of things for my 2019 F-250 super duty, but decided to go elsewhere. They just seem overly pushy in the brands they have on display and like to bash anything else.Saying that the BAKFlip cover is old and outdated, and how the brand they have on display is so much better and much cheaper. Even though it blocks my rear view camera when in the folded position, and has to have an ugly bracket mounted onto the cab of my truck to lock it. And if I don't want the bracket, the only way to drive with it open is to remove the whole thing which is ridiculous. Bakflip has none of these issues, is only slightly more, can also be removed, doesn't need an ugly bracket installed, and is a much better fit for me, but they still pushed hard towards their display brand. I'm guessing they get a heavy discount or something.I also asked about shocks, and they said he recommends bilstein shocks. I asked about Fox 2.0's, and he said they are over priced and not as good. Though he never asked about what kind of driving I plan on doing to even know if I want more comfort on the light bumps vs heavy off road stiffness. Every review online says the Fox 2.0's are generally softer, and that's what I was after. He said he could do it, but it felt like I was being judged for not taking his advice even though he never even asked about my needs.He also talked about getting my coil overs replaced and how my truck would feel like a Cadillac, but honestly I just felt like I couldn't trust his opinion on it. Just sounded like too much snake oil lingo in his sales pitch.I also inquired about an inboard air compressor, and they said they can get it, but didn't seem interested in getting an exact price or talking about installation price. I was looking to drop $1,500 that day to start things off, but went elsewhere.Part of my job is sales, and knowing your customers needs is the staple to being able to make good sales. The only time he asked me anything about my needs was to ask what I wanted an air compressor for. That's it. Hard to have any trust in a company that never bothers to know anything about the customer and their needs.

Dropped in for a Bedliner and aux fuel tank. They immediately took my truck and installed both perfectly. They also gave me a discount for Cyber Monday and when the aux tank I picked wouldn't fit the way I wanted, they installed an upgraded tank and split the up charge with me. Great work and I'll definitely be back.
