Full set acrylic nails, I havent had them done in over 4 years, was put on with no nail soaking or anything to prime them except a very deep nail exfoliation and a tiny touch of primer after the superglue used to attach the extensions was put on. My nail tech said as little as possible to me, other then getting the color and shape there was nothing said between us.
She and the other techs spoke to eachother the entire time in Vietnamese. Its not a problem just maybe have a conversation with your customers as well so we feel a little more welcome. Overall not super thrilled with the results of my nails at the end of it, they look messy and could have been cleaned up better.
The place has a great atmosphere just could have been better with the customer service, I dont feel pamered with a tender touch I feel more like I was given the business of the service and moved along through an assembly line.
Got what I wanted done I suppose and will be wearing these nails for as long as I can stand them. I dont think I will come back to this location if I do want my nails done again.
Edit: I have soaked the nails off and my nailbeds were shaved down so terribly it is going to take weeks to grow out my nails to their original healthy state. I am very upset with this service.

Being new to the area, my wife was searching for a nice and reputable nail salon since the first place she tried did not work out. She walked into Tender Touch after being stiffed on her appointment at the other salon. She remembered this one from our lunch next door at Russo's. She walked in and was warmly greeted, promptly seated and assisted with her manicure. She has returned several times and each time the staff were extremely nice and did a great job on her nails. My wife has also had a few pedicures there as well and she says they are some of the best she has ever had. She even suggests that I might enjoy their services as well. Guess that I will have to drop in and find out.

My wife walked in to get a refill and was moved around to three people. The last person was a male technician who argued with her that she had previously had been dipped in powder, which she has never had done. During the encounter he ended up cutting the the side of her pinky with the nail grinder. She got up as her finger bleed and the staff tried had to stop the bleeding as my wife went into tears. We finally just got up and walked out. Not a good experience for her second time there.

Tim was great! He did exactly what I wanted…short ombré! As an added bonus, he did a great job in a decent amount of time! A full set in just under an hour is great!

The guy that did my nails and pedi was rude, not friendly at all. Deluxe pedi said takes about 50mins, he finished my pedi in less than 30mins. Not coming back.

DO NOT GO HERE. My entire face is swollen, red, and on fire from cheap wax.
This salon is awful and uses cheap products. I went to get my eyebrows waxed - they said $10. The lady proceeded to wax all around my lips and chin without asking. I go to check out she says $25. I said no, you didn't ask to do my face you just did it without my permission. I stilled tipped $2. I get to my car - my entire face is red, swollen, and on fire. They used cheap wax and caused a major allergic reaction.

Tender Touch 3 is my go to nail salon. My daughter and I absolutely love it! Lynn is the best. I will wait for her if she is on vacation or busy. I have been going to her since they have been opened. She will not disappoint you!!

Just left Tender Touch III where I have been a regular customer for over ten years. Today was the icing on the cake of why not to ever go back. I asked for a “Super Deluxe Pedicure” which I have consistently gotten (so I know what to expect in services). Today I received a pedicure with cold water (sure I could have told them to make it warmer- but I never criticize their work- so didn’t think to point out issues from the beginning). The main issue I had today is that I didn’t receive the expected services that come with a “super deluxe”. I didn’t get any lotion rubbed in with the hot stones- instead I had my services cut short because my technician was too busy on her phone. This resulted in 1 cold stone quickly gliding on my leg and then lotion rubbed off with a cold towel and then the pedicure was over (no hot towels, no massage, etc.) The salon had no wait time and start to finish I was out of the salon in less than 45 minutes (for a service that says it takes about an hour). This service cost $65 (“Super Deluxe” Pedicure with Shellac polish) and left me feeling like a sucker. Not sure what has happened with the quality of this location- but was severely concerned with the quality and not to mention the cross contamination of her on her phone for over 5 minutes texting during my pedicure.
