Be careful renting storage units here. They will ask you to write a 5 star review when you first sign up to get a discount on your month, then they will raise the rent 30.00, 40.00 or 50.00 about every 6 months!

WARNING - They get you to write a review when you first sign up to get X amount of money off. That's why they have great reviews. Everyone wants that first month deal. They have increased rent twice in the past year. I've had multiple storage units in years past. I understand increases but these guys do this almost every 6 months and it's $40 to $50 more each time.

I have been a long time customer of theirs and that’s due to the amazing clean and secure facility that they have. It really is top notch. Today I find another reason that I will continue to be a customer, their customer service. I had a situation arise with my boat and needed a place to store for a few days. They not only said yes, but provided me an indoor unit all set up with lock and key also. That’s loyalty and dedication to their customers. If you need a storage unit facility look no further than Tall Pines.

Joe and I just rented a space for our trailer actual Pines! Convenient, clean, and 5 star customer service—Ty Ashley!! The price was affordable and month by month so no contracts! Great place!!
