I love the fact that is still is 24 hours access. The fact that also put up lights. So at night it is now lit up and it's not to scary anymore. I love the fact they painted and did necessary upgrades this place has needed for a long time. I met one of the owners which he was very sweet and very interested in what I had to say. Love this place..... Hands down I wouldn't go any other place.

Well Ms. V you are missed because since new ownership has taken over, our belongings are no longer safe. Zero lights outside. Today I got a message from them asking if I had moved out because my unit was unsecured. In actuality what happened was someone cut thru the fence and cut numerous locks off and even cut through their doors and instead of notifying their customers of a break in, they asked that we be sure to start proper move out procedures.
Update: shortly after leaving this review, I was contacted by the new owners to apologize for miscommunication. I was given a $20 credit for the next month and given a new lock. They even mailed my new key to me since I live so far away. The next day I was informed that new lights were being installed right then and they were taking steps to fix the fence. Even though the initial experience was upsetting, I am truly pleased with the response from the new owners as soon as they realized there was a problem.

10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody that needs a storage unit! Called a few in the area. She had the best pricing/deposit, Vera is very nice and considerate, easy to talk to about any concerns you may have, No issues with the rental. If I ever need another unit I would go out of my way to come back to this facility, locally owned is a big plus, thanks for everything -Krystina

The lady that runs the place is awesome!!! Friendly and helpful. Priced fairly too. I had my unit for almost a year with no issues. Great place to store things.

My mother in law had a unit here and it flooded during the tropical depression. She lost half of the stuff she had in the unit. To make things worse, what was not salvageable, there was no where to throw the things away. I feel there should have been a dumpster to dispose of things.
