Saint was our technician and he was outstanding, knowledgeable, working very hard to get all of the issues resolved. Exceptional customer service! I am hopeful again after 5 years of issues that we will finally get the 1 gig we have paid for and reliable setvice!

**Optimum Internet: The Definition of Digital Disappointment**If I could give Optimum Internet negative stars, I would! This internet service provider is a sheer nightmare. Expect constant outages that conveniently occur when you're in the middle of something important. Their internet speed? A cruel joke! It's slower than a snail crawling through molasses.Customer service? More like a comedy show where you're the punchline! Good luck reaching a human being; you're more likely to communicate with a rock than getting a response from their support team. And when you finally do get through, they'll blame everything on your router, your device, or even the alignment of the stars – anything but their own ineptitude.Billing issues? Oh, they excel at that! Prepare for random charges that appear out of thin air, leaving you scratching your head and emptying your pockets.To sum it up, Optimum is the master of disappointment. Avoid them like the plague if you value a stable internet connection and your sanity!

This company is the worst, they have terrible customer service and terrible service in our area. They refuse to fix their infrastructure which causes consistent outages in the area and when you contact tech support they just want to troubleshoot your equipment and their issues. I would not recommend this company, if they're your only provider you need to move if you want good service.

Appalling business practice. You CANNOT cancel service in their retail stores. You have to call an "Account Specialist" and beg/plead/fight to get your service disconnected. I cancelled my internet service but was billed for another month of service. Fine whatever. They disabled my ability to pay my bill online. I figured they would send a bill in the mail. 6 weeks later I got the bill and mailed a check. A few days later, I get a bill from a collections agency in the mail for the amount of the bill! Never got a phone call or email asking for final payment. They sent me straight to collections! I was with Suddenlink/Altice/Optimum since 2017.Never again will I use your service. Nobody wants your sorry 20 mbps upload speed anyway.

Absolutely wonderful service! The technician Anselmo Mata arrived on time also had the best attitude was very respectful and thorough and explained the process that he was going to be doing and immediately got to work on installing my internet. I have had zero issues since then. Such a great experience would most definitely recommend!!

Saint was AMAZING!! I couldn't be happier with his service!! The house I moved into was NOT cable ready, and he never batted an eye. Go up in the attic and climb.around in the heat? No problem. Have to establish a whole new cable connection by drilling through my wall, yeah sure. He was so kind and generous (and funny!). He TRULY lived up to his name! What a SAINT!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

Friedel provided great service once again. Installed a new modem after our personal modem broke. He also took the time to explain everything and make sure all our devices were connected.He has been here in the past to reinstall the internet cable coming into our home after a construction vehicle ripped it down.I highly recommend him as he is very knowledgeable.
