Went to Sports clip Conroe, they had me & my son waiting 15 min after I waited an hour on them online, then to say they can't cut his hair go to a barber ? I thought that's where I was!
Unfortunately they don’t have barbers that are experienced enough to cut ethnic hair to say the least…

I visited Sports Clips recently with my boyfriend and had the misfortune of encountering the "manager," Keonna. Let me just say, the experience was an absolute disaster. Keonna looked like she would rather be anywhere else but at work. There was no smile, no friendly or welcoming attitude, just pure misery oozing from her pores. When my boyfriend inquired about the complementary neck trims that they supposedly offer, Keonna's response was not only rude but also dismissive. She bluntly stated that they're only offered between haircuts, offering no further explanation and I had to resort to calling another location just to verify this policy for more information. Keonna's demeanor made us feel incredibly uncomfortable, especially in front of other waiting customers. She seemed irritated by our mere presence and made no effort to hide it. If this is the level of customer service and professionalism Sports Clips promotes, they've just lost a 10 year customer for life. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience by miserable staff members like Keonna.

Sports Clips of Conroe has been my go to shop for a while. The price is reasonable compared to the area and I’ve been happy every time. Great staff… thanks.

The stylist I saw absolutely butchered my hair. She didn’t do what I asked her to but instead did what she thought was best. Don’t go to this location if you want a nice haircut go to the Livingston location. If you do go to this location don’t go to Rachel

Went and got a haircut with my 2 boys. Keep a close eye on the wait time online and book the appointment for all of us. Entered the store, checked in, and within 5 minutes, I was in the chair. Afterwards, my kids got a chair of their own. I say we where in and out within 40 minutes.
