The new location manager v, is so professional and friendly, brought my car here to get washed, and cleaned initially they missed a few spots the first time. She personally took care of it and threw in a bit extra for my inconvenience and remained respectful all while I'm cursing her out lol.
Definitely will be coming back here more often

Very poor job! Had to ask them to vacuum the back and re-vacuum the front. They didn’t bother wiping down the front…very disappointing.

I came here for the first time a few minutes ago and I will never come back. I spent $45 and I don’t even think they touched the inside of my car. I came home and vacuumed and wiped down the inside. The gentleman told me the inside was included and they did not even attempt to wipe down anything on the inside. Didn’t vacuum under the seats or in between only the floor boards. Highly disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this car wash. I had to get a company truck refreshed and V provided excellent customer service. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the quality of the work done. The process was quick yet thorough and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of service provided.
Overall Sparkling Image exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend you giving them a try, V and the team will take good care of your vehicle!

This place just gets worse and worse every time we go. We used to be members here, but the service has gone so far downhill, we canceled our memberships and started going to a different wash. I went today to get a detail and my truck was barely cleaner than when I came in. Really a shame.

1st time was great. 2nd time (last week) let's just say not worth the $35 plus $10 tip. Silly me for driving off without inspecting and expecting to have great job done like before.

Great service, I have a membership and the cashier fennessa is an amazing help and polite to all customers. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! Wilber is also a great manager. He goes above and beyond to make you everything goes well with your vehicle. Between the 2 of them, they make a great team! Please come down and give them a try, you won't regret it!

Fennessa Valdes and staff were great! I drove up and had an unusual request but an urgent one. My dad had been here in Conroe at HCH having had a pelvic fracture and surgery. When I was getting my car ready for transporting him back home 2 hours away, I discovered ants ? in my car. They were so kind to work quickly and efficiently to remedy this creepy crawly problem for me, helping to make the trip more comfortable and clean for my dad’s trip to rehab. God bless them!

The car wash is automatic- I have this one spot on my bumper that they did not get. I have went twice and washed it 3 times and it does not clean well. Also, vacuuming inside my car was also rushed. It did not seem worth it. Need to find another car wash.
