We thought that getting nice countertops would always be out of reach financially. We drove past Simmons every day. We were even given a recommendation from a contractor that refinished some cabinets for us. So, we finally went in, asked questions, and had them come take measurements. It turns out we were wrong for a long time and it was a lot more affordable than we thought. We ended up getting some VERY nice granite countertops put in, and the following day had tile backsplashes installed.
We received great guidance from Ron, who was very helpful and patient. He also was very good at communicating and keeping us informed. The 2 crews that were sent out were excellent. They were very careful moving through the house covering walk ways and so on. At the end of the day they cleaned up after themself, so much so that the kitchen was CLEANER when they left. The tile crew was much the same, very careful in our home. They did bring it to my attention that the bullnose tiles were NOT present before starting, and they could order them and come back OR they suggested a more recent trend using a different type of trim and they said they could get that on the spot. Ron also touched base with us about that, and affirmed that the bullnose we had asked for was becoming dated. They took that off the bill and chose trim pieces that matched our cabinet hardware. The best part is the tile crew even finished when they said they would despite the delay. They also cleaned up and left it better than they found it.
I was surprised at all parts of my experience with Simmons. Nothing negative to report, only a positive experience that I regret took so long to happen!

Just completed a bathroom with Simmons and can't speak highly enough about their team. Beyond the basics, like being punctual, and following up on progress to ensure work was to our liking, the actual work was flawless. They were extremely patient with us when deciding on which direction to go with design, offered great insight to what people are doing in the area, and most importantly did it professionally. Tide/Cody and their team of installers were top notch. I can't wait to use them for the rest of the house.
In addition, the cherry on top was receiving a handwritten letter from Tommy, their owner, thanking us for choosing them for our home. It's 2024, crazy to think how cool that is given today's world, loved it.
Love seeing a local business do amazing work, operate a legit business, and provide exceptional service. Thanks squad

What a great company!! From the owner to the sales team and the install crew, top notch service. Our salesman Gary was very helpful in our material and color selection for our upstairs bathroom and was able to schedule installation just two days after final decisions on color. The install crew did a fantastic job and was very passionate and proud of the work they do (hard to find these days). These guys settle for nothing less than perfection in their work. They laid down drop clothes throughout our home where they would be trafficking in and out to keep from tracking in dirt and dust. It was very dusty outside where they had to make cuts in the countertops but when they left you would have never known they were there. Outstanding job guys!!!! We will see you in a month for our outdoor kitchen countertops. Highly recommend! Thank you Tommy!

Very pleased all the way around . I was referred to Simmons by Burke family plumbing when I needed a sink replaced . I was greeted courteously and scheduled quickly. I got a confirmation a day or so prior. The Technician , Erik was right on time . He and his helper were so nice , polite and respectful. They did a great job removing and replacing my sink under the granite countertop in the bathroom. They were professional, had all the proper tools and were very clean. I would and will definitely refer them . Great job , thank you . I hope this helps others.

Just a truly professional group from the owner to the installers. They said what they were going to do and they did exactly that and more depending on what they felt would give the best result. Most importantly to me they completed the job all the way through. They never once said they were going to come back to do something. What a pleasant experience. I would never hesitate recommending Simmons Custom Granite to anyone they are top shelf for sure!

Tide and Suzan were awesome when I arrived to pick out my granite. The two gentlemen showed up this morning and replaced both bathroom counter tops and sinks plus a vanity in about four hours. Everything looked amazing! They were courteous, clean and efficient. I highly recommend them!
