They sell bad premium gas with water in it. Emptied the tank on my lawnmower (that I store in a garage) on the ground because it wouldn't run after filling it up. As you can see in the photo after the gas evaporated water was left over. Even the sent of the gas was weak. They refused a refund.

If there was a way to give negative starts, i would. Stopped in last night after delivering a load to Walmart DC down the road, attendant said it was ok to park. This morning a RUDE LITTLE MAN pounded on the door to wake me up and told me there was no parking here. Then told me I had five minutes to leave. There are FIVE tractor trailer parking spots here and ZERO no parking signs. There are two trucks and a dropped trailer already parked here unattended. 8 don't really care if

I use to fill up here 2-3 times a week until a couple months ago. There is a cashier that is extremely rude. He acts like he is frustrated if I ask to use my fuel rewards account. This is the only Shell that has an issue with their rewards program. When I asked him why he was so rude he told me that he wasn't that I was😂😂😂 I told him that he is the sole reason why I stopped coming to this gas station. I will not be returning and I will figure out a way to let his boss know what kind of customer service he provides. It's a shame that talking on the phone holds more priority than doing his very simple job. I would recommend paying at the pump or trying to get to the next available gas station.

I'm an owner operator truck driver. Came home for the holidays and went to go back to work. They had my trailer towed. They asked if u had payed. I said no , I've never payed before and have parked here several times over the past year. No where is it posted that you have to pay to park inside the store or outside. I bought fuel, I've ate at the chicken place, I've bought drinks and snuff. They towed me, period. If you park there be warned. The tow company is new, told me 500 dollars to get my trailer. Single axle rv/car hauler not loaded. Had it one day. And 35.00 a day because it's over 20 foot long. I'm going to take them to court because there are 3 other trailers setting there that have not been towed. I will not shop for nothing. And be wary of the tow company Kwik Tow. They are Shady. I will pay the money to get my trailer and give my business to someone else.
