This location is awesome and so respectful. They let me do my retail therapy and a little extra in peace, without following me around the store and constantly asking if I need help. I feel comfortable here and anything I got a few extra $$$ to spend, I go here first❤️❤️

I agree with some of the other reviews. I went in there in the evening on a Tuesday. There were 2 girls working in there. They were both very rude. How dare I ask them a question and make them work.

I needed to return an Amazon package and was given a 10% off Sephora coupon. I am out of face powder so I decided to check out their selection. FYI many many moons ago I worked for Kohls beauty in the Woodlands and Sephora when it was inside JCP up the street so I’m familiar with the job of a beauty consultant. I usually purchase my makeup at MAC (you’ll never have to worry about them not having your shade) or Ulta and now I know why. I had time to look around a bit because they did have a line, I saw a few familiar brands and some new. The coupon only excludes The Ordinary which was nice but we went through all of that color matching and they were out of stock! She offered to see if it was in the Woodlands but I just came from there! I was expecting an option to order online but then the coupon wouldn’t apply! Missed sale. That’s why I got out of retail/sales. The young lady was nice enough but I was disappointed no other options were given. She did find a great match though and I found a $30 powder brand new online for $16! This is why stores are failing I don’t think they set the workers up for success. Then those Amazon returns! Amazon should be shamed of themselves but that’s another story. Ultimately I see no need to return Ulta is just a MUCH more glamorous experience and they get those sales!!! You don’t leave empty handed. I guess it all worked out in the end.

Didn’t have the best service experience. I would have spent a lot more if I was approached. A lot of samples were missing. I asked for foundation samples and she didn’t seem interested to assist me at all. Overall not good.

I’ve never had a bad customer service at Sephora until now. Claire was extremely rude. I could shop at Ulta or any other makeup store. I choose Sephora because of their customer service and this was extremely disappointing. Manager apologize, but seem to not care at all. Extremely unprofessional I see other people have also complained about her it’s clearly not being addressed because it’s still going on.

Brittney was very welcoming and helpful, even though my cleanser was out of stock she helped me find a good alternative with a smaller double pack and helped us get some amazing samples. Very excellent service.

It felt like my version of Pretty Woman movie before she goes back all glamorous and for a shopping spree..you know when they snubbed/ignored being all judgy because of how she looked? I went in maybe looking like someone not ready to spend a lot idk what reason was but what happened was disappointing..was totally ignored even after doing circles front to back in store looking for item I was shopping for, one of the couple employees that weren't helping anyone who ignored me eventually went to greet and help a different customer which she had to walk right by me in order to do. Wow. So I finally went to the other non-busy employee and asked where the item was , she pointed to front of store then told her coworker she was off to lunch..I walked out because the display she pointed to was empty and at that point I had no desire to look for something else. Sad because I was feeling like spending generously but too bad I didn't look the part for them to give me customer service.

Hear ye, hear ye Ladies! One stop shop for your beauty care needs is Sephora in Conroe. Small but concise shop with just the right products available and a customer service unmatched to any place else. Don't be overwhelmed by too many options and too many unsureties elsewhere, walking away hoping it works for you. Every product I've purchased here has been spot on for me, especially when it comes to Organics availability and it's because of the personal attention one gets here when you need it. Non-obtrusive. I shop for specifics and Sephora's got'em. Sorry Ulta.

I had to return a foundation 03/15 because it didn’t work for me and the employee was extremely rude about it. I asked her if i could possibly get store credit instead of a refund and she didn’t know. I asked her how long it typically should take to go into my account and she didn’t know that either. She was very unprofessional and I don’t think I’m going to come back to this location.

Very disappointed in this location. I have gone in numerous times without being greeted or asked if I need help most of the time they are gossiping amongst others. Not only that they don't honor prices they have posted infront of items in store. When you do a restock you update prices. Clara the manager was extremely rude. As a former employee of the Sephora inside JcPenney they should have just stayed there. Atleast they tried to help the customer and would greet them.
