Self service storage has an excellent quality, air-conditioned storage complex and what I really liked was Tammy's customer service, they also give you a welcome message!! Without a doubt I highly recommend it for everything mentioned and its low price!!

Very helpful storage space for our nonprofit Commemorative Air Force Gulf Coast Wing. They generously donated space for a year and we are most appreciative. We now have alternative storage space at our hangar, so we have moved out, but we appreciate all they did for us.

The worst place in town: my unit was robbed($2000+ tools). I went to the office to ask for an answer and she told me she was busy at the moment to check the videos. She said I could come the next day to get an answer.I went the next day, but she was off. Then I came the next day, and she said she was busy again, so I could come at the end of the day. So, I went and she said again she could not check because she was busy. She kept me in the same situation for a week.The last time I went, she said she couldn't show me the video. I told her to save the video to show the police, because I understood that she couldn't show me the video. She said yes, sure, so I decided to call the police. When the police arrived, they requested the video and told her to call them when it was ready. A week passed, so I came back asking why she never called the police to give them the video. She said, 'Oh, I understood that they will come to get it,' so I told her I'd call them to come. When the police came, she said the videos were automatically erased after ten days.Who doesn't preserve the evidence of a crime to protect their business? After she told me that this never happened before in her business, she never cooperated with me or the police. I think she has something to do with this break-in and she is hiding something that makes her business liable.Finally, I checked the other unit she told me was robbed too, but it had no sign of forced entry like mine. Stay away from this business if you don't want to lose your belongings."

There was communication throughout the day to reserve a unit, yet they failed to give me important details that could've been found on their website. I admit that I failed to do research, but good customer service never fails anyone. The customer service I received was horrible near the end, as the finger was pointed at me instead of having the courtesy to provide small details about what services they have and don't have in the early stages of reserving. I was driving from Houston to Conroe, communicating that I was on my way, it was already settled that I would arrive before closing hours (4pm ), but as extra details was given in the last minute I got frustrated, and then being blamed for everything just made me turn my truck around. I had planned to invest more at this location, but I dodged a bullet on this one.
