Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Whoever was working the register at the cafe today around 11:00 on 2/15/23 (wearing a yellow or lime green shirt) needs serious coaching or to be let go. After my family sat down to eat our food, I went to get napkins, but the dispensers were completely empty. I walked back up to the front of the line (I apologized to whoever was ordering) and I politely tried to notify the cashier that there weren't any napkins. Before I could finish, she stuck her finger in my face and with SO much hostility said "YOU need to hold on." I was absolutely mortified by the way I had just been spoken to. I had to find a Manager to let them know of the situation, but I also wanted to leave this review to ensure the issue is resolved. I hope someone is monitoring these reviews.

I got dog food that was in the wrong place went back to get the right one and they did not even have anymore there smh thin had to wait 10 mins to get out the because only one person was working the front. Is this what I I payed 100$ for just to shop there and have to deal with this

It a good place with good prices, however it's a time for more than a price, a little bit of variety in size and color in the clothes can be improved.And a better customer service, a big store with only one person for customer service whiteout Spanish speaking I think it couldn't be acceptable, in addition was so rush of course, taking phone call, a large line, it's a stress. I want to obtain my Sam's card I hope the next time I have a better service

We came here to pick up a fridge that my sister ordered online and I was very surprised how fast we got in & out of here. We pulled in to the pickup area and called them and they told us it would be 5-10 minutes before they brought it out. Not even 3 minutes later 2 very nice employees brought out the fridge, loaded it in our car and that was it. Fast, friendly service.

They asked for my membership when I walked In , I paid scan and go , that's was easy no line to wait in , went to the cafe and they asked to scan my membership again, and then on the way out I was asked to scan my receipt on my app and asked to scan my membership again , the whole point was to get the items I needed an leave , it was more of a hassle to keep getting my app out scanning the membership , plus they took the computers away , to order food from the cafe . what is going on with this location?

Tonight Tee and Kevin went ABOVE and BEYOND!! They worked as a team to find a patio set that we thought they had sold out of and then they even helped to load it in our truck!!
Very impressed with the customer service we received!!

I would choose this location over the 1960/249 location ANY DAY! The staff here are much nicer and the store is well kept. Not to mention, it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot without getting "dumped" on by the influx of birds hanging out in waiting... That said, the food is always fresh, the checkout easy to navigate and as usual - the pricing is well...it's Sam's.

the stupid lying to get out the door with your already purchased product was all the way to the f****** pharmacy absolutely ridiculous you have already purchased your f****** product you have a f****** receipt in your hand you have to stand in line for 20 f****** minutes to get out of f****** door with the product that you've already f****** purchased with the f****** credit card or cash

Been to other Sam's Club, but this one is got to be the worst in the USA. First, the sales personel do not care about the customer. The sales folks will be visiting and wasting time instead of helping check out folks at the self check lines. When you call on them, its like your are bothering them. Nobody needs attitude when one goes to the store. Same thing when exiting the place. what is the purpose to check each item again? why have these folks check us out instead of doing it twice? Going to check Costco when renewal time comes!

Ordered a tire that was supposed to be in today. I called to see if it arrived, and I was hung up on three times, put on hold over 30 mins without anyone even checking on what I needed. I will not be doing business with this tire shop. They can keep the tire.

Today's experience at the beginning was great. Fransisco who helped us with the computers and phones was very upfront and knowledgeable. He explained the differences in the computers we were interested in and helped up choose to buy an HP. I would give him a 5 star. The store had way too many people in it with no direction. The were not social distancing. The check out was horrible. She gets 0 stars. She needs a personality. I gave her 2 gift cards and when I got ready to leave she gave them back and told me they still had money on them. I ask why and she replied "I didn't use them" I believe her name is Taya or Jaya. She wrote her name where the total of the bill is but I can't make it out. She needs to get another job if she doesn't like hers or learn to like hers especially in times we are living in. She should be grateful.

Sams club in the Woodlands/Shenandoah has not kissed a beat. I have both a Sams club and Costco membership and much prefer Sams.My only suggestion would be at the membership desk. They are efficient but have 0 personality and never say thank you. Seriously I went to pay for an expensive item which was missed on the check out and again at the door. I looked at my receipt as I was loading the car. I realized that it wrong up as hamburger and not an entire Tenderloin. I went back in the store to the service desk and they couldn't care less. No thank you for coming into pay the $85 difference. No apologies for the item ringing up differently than the sticker. It was disappointing. Otherwise I find this Sams to be well stocked and socially distancing safe.

Horrible place ; needed to see a jewelry piece but supervisor did not dispatch anybody - waited 15 min. Needed to check out but had to waitt for the cashier with long dirty nails to check out then return items 3 items for the person ahead of us in line, because she did not figure out that thhe Tyson bags were different ; and nobody helped - continued their chatting. Needed to go to restroom could barely step in because the floor had urine on it ! And can you believe that they sell food !!!
