Yes they have updated the produce area and meat and cheese coolers, really nicely done and still provide Great customer service and really have knowledge of the products that they carry.
And are currently doing upgrades just wish they carried Member's mark blue cheese dressing.
Getting better all the time and great deals on meat.

When I say no to a 30% interest credit card, I don't need the manager to then ask me 4 more times. It's annoying and you can't force people to do it. It's ridiculous.

I was somehow charged $50 to renew a membership that I never opened up and because I have made a purchase in the past with the card that was charged in my friends membership they won’t reverse the charge. I don’t want a Sam’s membership, I’ve never had one, they charged my card falsely, ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE?
Edit: NO I did not authorize a renewal to be charged. Also, I called Sam’s club and asked for Tim, left a message and received no returned call.

This location of Sam's is very well stocked and a very clean well run store.. They carry items not carried at other Sam's locations.. It's my "Go to" Sam's club.

The store is ran by poor management and lying inconsistent curbside employees. Canceled my membership, their attitudes are absolutely atrocious

I can get in and out so much faster thanks to the scan and go App. The lines can get pretty long on some days and I don't like to wait.

I’m a delivery driver and they loaded the customer’s groceries into my trunk in a way where her milk was smashed in and 40 pack of water dumped in my car. There’s an older blonde woman who works in curbside and is disrespectful. Her and management here act like entitled, unappreciative snobs who will falsify information to deactivate drivers when they’re too lazy to do their job properly and instructed how to do their jobs right. Coming from someone with extensive curbside and order picking experience myself and delivering for over 6 years. The other curbside employees have been great though. We cancelled our membership after they’ve refused to let my mom deliver for them anymore, because the blonde older curbside employee lied and banned her. Management is deplorable. This Sam’s Club sucks and is ghetto. Funny how much nicer, more mature, and more professional the Woodlands location is.
