Purchased new clippers for work. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I needed to replace my current clippers. I purchased my clippers for $133. The next day I was excited to use them on my clients. After my 2nd client I felt the clippers get extremely hot. After work "2pm" decided to make a visit to the store to exchange them.Sales clerk: can I help youMe: I purchased these wahl senior clippers yesterday and I'd like to exchange them for another one bc this one is getting extremely hot to the hand and it's not cutting hair when the clippers are on the open setting, it only works when they are closedSC: we can not make exchanges or returns per store policyM: I understand the store policy, but this store sold me clippers that aren't working correctly and I spent a lot if money on these. I'd like to speak with your manager pls.SC: she's not hereM: please call her so I can explain the situationSC: she's gonna tell you what I just told youM: let's just pls call herSC: calls Mgr. "Fallon"On speaker phone the Mgr decides to speak to me so everyone can hear. She didn't introduce herself or asked me how she can assist me.Mgr: ma'am, we do not take clippers back. Do you have your receipt?M: I doMgr: read on the back of the receiptM: I'd love to, but the way you're speaking to me us very unprofessional and not warranted.Mgr: did you use them?M: well yes I did. Thays how I discovered its issues.Mgr: we are not gonna take them backM: I'm not asking for a return, I'm asking for an exchangeMgr: noM: I'd like to talk to your managerMgr: I don't have her numberM: now we all know that's not true and I'm not asking for her number, but I would like for you to have your employee call her so I can speak to an actual professionalMgr: she will tell you the same thingM: she may, but she may also be professional about it and actually have a phone conversation with me and not on speakerphone like you're doing. Now I would like to speak to a district manager.Mgr: you can call put customer service centerM: Ok.SC: starts to put my slippers in my bagM: so...are you going to call or at least provide me with that number?Mgr: still on speakerphone....yelling now to the SC to just give me the numberM: I step outside and called the customer service department. They advised me that the SC is going to call the district Mgr. I walk bk inside and again the SC started to put the clippers in the bag.M: are you going to call your DM?SC: ummm noM: customer service said they called you to call your DM, so let's do that pls.SC: proceeds to call the first Mgr.Mgr: on speakerphone phone, we are nit returning the item and now you can leave the store.M: excuse me, but I was advised from you to call customer service and they advised you were going to call your DM.Mgr: you better leave the store or I will call the policeM: excuse me? For what exactly? Sure go ahead, I'm doing no wrong and I'm not the one being aggressive on the phone like you are and now I'm really getting irritated of your unprofessionalism.Mgr: SC...call the non emergency lineM: sound good to meM: called customer service again and now putting in a complaint about the Mgr. They advised someone will call me within 24hrs.Mgr: still yelling on the phone and told her SC that she is calling the DM and proceeded to say....let me be clear, we are definitely not taking the product back.M: ms magr...if I had told you a lie that I didn't use the clippers, would you have allowed me to exchange them?Mgr: noM: so you wasted your breath even asking that silly question.I will be complaining to corporate about the manager and how she handled the entire situation. Had she introduced herself and showed some kind of empathy about this situation, I would've respectfully left with my useless clippers. And not only do I have to replace them, but now I'm out of pocket even more money all bc they sold me a damaged product. They will never get my business again. As a licensed cosmetol

I wish I would’ve got the girls name that helped me she has half black and half purple hair and she was so helpful with everything made me feel so comfortable in asking her any question or concern I had. They were having problems with the register and she kept her patience and she was so profesional in trying to solve the problem. She recommended me some products as well that I’m so excited to try the whole experience was super delightful! Thank you!

Everyone there has always been so kind and helpful! Their color consultant (I believe she said?) was amazing and was very patient when answering my questions on how to fix my hair after using box dye and even color matched me for a color I was wanting to do. Plus I love how easy going everyone is in there! They even joke around and sing along to music to pass the time, I don’t know how to put it aside from this place is honestly amazing and so are the lovely people I met when I was there!

Seriously haven't met a sour worker any of the times I've come in. Everyone is extremely helpful and really nice. It's nice to know I can come here and know I won't hate my experience. I do hope they bring in more maroon options though, I didn't have a huge line up to pick from.

TERRIBLE experience!! Girl with red hair and glasses was singing songs and joking about killing herself!! I left and didn’t buy anything because it put me in a fragile mindset. I lost my mother to suicide, how can you let your employees act so unprofessional and insensitive? I will never come back to this location! I would rather drive to the woodlands.

They have always been incredibly helpful! I had a Salon turn me orange and yellow and came here desperate. Although they were busy she took the time to help me. Have not had a bad experience here and customer service is AWESOME! Thank you ladies!!

I have been shopping at Sally’s for over a decade and have been to many shops in other cities, states and counties and have never had a bad experience since I started shopping at this one. I moved into the area a few years ago and every time I would go in the staff would seem annoyed by me being there. He lines are always long and their pos system is probably 20 years old, ALWAYS has an issue. They refused to scan my rewards card always asking me for my phone number which pulls up accounts that are not even mine. Due to this I started shopping exclusively online. Last week I went in to pick up an online order and when I got home the product was halfway empty. Today I went in to pick up an online order only to still have to wait in line and then be told a product I bought was not in stock. The manager had to cancel my order and do a new transaction which deleted the $5 rewards had used on the original order & from my account. I asked the manager about it and she just shrugged like she didn’t know/care. No explanation, no solution not even an acknowledgment just a shrug. What’s the point of having a rewards card for customers when you don’t even want them using it? Might just have to start shopping on Amazon like everyone else, which is really disheartening for me.

This review is not for the store but for whoever packs the products for online orders. I recently received a broken shampoo bottle from you guys in the mail and had zero customer service as to what happened. I got my money back but I will not order anything else from your website ever again!!! I have ordered items in the past and never had any issues before. Sad that you have individuals that do not have pride in their work even if it is just putting something in a box to ship. Thank you.

My mom and I stopped in this evening to get her hair color and the two ladies were beyond helpful!! So sweet so attentive and very educated on everything!! I didn’t get their names but they were amazing!

Went in and stood there with my 2 year old while manager and other employee were looking over paperwork. Neither of the employees acknowledged me until my daughter ran away and I was told I need to keep her with me. If I were acknowledged I would've been in and out with my sheers which was all I needed. Thanks I'll go to another, friendlier Sally's.

Store didnt have everything thing i am looking for. The shelves were empty mostly every aisle. I can say that the worker did help me with my questions. Great customer service!!
