Bad experience was told "I couldn't chill on the bench or furniture" while I'm waiting for my gf in the dressing room never had a problem with that at any ross or tj maxx I've been to. Then they leave the security tag on my girlfriends shirt after purchasing it and now have to go back.

Love so much that they are open for this late night owl working Witch.. I have to be careful to stay as healthy as I can being in 4th stage kidney failure. The later open hours and less people is a life saver for me and very much appreciated. So much respect and love fo those hard-working late night co-workers out there ☺️ ?

Excellent products!! I was able to find Awesome Christian biblical gifts. Like zip-up notebooks, devotionals, and calendars. I was able to get in and our without having to sift through anything or go from store to store.

Didn't know this Ross was in Conroe. I needed to find a Ralph Lauren rug I let slip.out of my hands and after stopping at 7 Ross' I FOUND it.. This is a nice Ross and I will be back again...Very neat..

They lock the doors before their “scheduled close” definitely lacks proper management if their crew doesn’t follow the time, or if the management lacks ability to change signs to 10:30 if their workers don’t wanna work.

I C I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst customer service the cashier bagging my stuff was so rude. She was looking at me like I better not say nothing to how she was bagging I couldn't even grab the handles to my bag because it was so stuffed. Overall poor baggage and customer service
