I purchased what was supposed to be something to help me to sleep. Not only did it not help me to sleep, but it produced nightmares for me two days in a row so that I could no longer use it for fear I would keep having those nightmares. Incredibly, they would not honor a return and I was stuck with losing my payment of around $30 for what amount to be a mixture of herbs.

I have gotten a compound prescription from them for years. They make it and mail it to me. I really appreciate the customer service and the speed they use to get my meds out for me. I highly recommend them for your compound needs. They are in Conroe, but I have a doctor out there.

UPDATED: Someone came in and took care of my Rx. It means so much.So frustrated. Had an Rx that I NEED called in on Friday at 2:30 and even though they're open on Saturday (the entire reason I had it filled there) they don't have any "compounding" staff in office so it won't be ready until Monday afternoon.

This pharmacy is the BEST out of all the compounding pharmacies around here. They are kind, fast and have great prices and the customer service is excellent!!! I have a compounding pharmacy 2 miles from my house and choose to drive over 15 miles to go to Roberds.

Great pharmacy with wonderful assistance. Adrianna was very helpful in showing the different items that fit my health criteria. Mary was also very informative and took the time to research answers to some of my questions on ingredients in certain supplements I was purchasing. I will definitely be using this pharmacy again in the future!

Roberd's is awesome! They are so helpful and knowledgeable about all the supplements. They have several top notch supplement brands. They have been making my compound prescriptions for several years. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
