Lovely phlebotomist at bay 1 today took such care and patience for my 930am appt today.. Its hard to work after a holiday but she was polite and caring and gave excellent customer service. Who ever manages this clinic should give her an award for exemplary customer service and doing a job well done. I Never got her name but was thankful to have met her and the pleasant conversation. You deserve all the accolades for quality ❤

I cannot speak for the negative reviews, but I will confirm that this lab is child-friendly and works in a timely fashion. The lab techs are left to deal with constant issues at the front because Quest is too cheap to hire a secretary or tech liason.
Make sure to set an appointment and arrive on time, and you should have little to no issues.

I was called back quickly and I had quite a bit of labs to draw, but the technician was fast and efficient and friendly. Great experience!!

Was asked to pay $441 for my portion of the blood work, I asked the employee to verify and they said yes that was correct. I called my health provider as soon as I got out of there and they said there was no co-pay, and no responsibility on my side. Seemed very sketchy there is no buddy there to help there is no receptionist and there’s no phone number to call

Hey, Quest Management, can I make a wacky, off-the-wall recommendation? How about you do a monthly audit of all your perishable stock; discard expired items and order fresh inventory as required?
That way, the next time I pitch up for a covid PCR test, your wonderful staff don't have to embarrassingly tell me all your test kits are expired. Spend less time getting your faces on the wall and more time managing effectively. Idiots at the top here, folks!

My lab tech was awesome. I didn't even realize she had taken my blood until she started asking me to verify the information on my vials of blood. She was also very friendly and professional.

Made appointment online. Showed up on time. Waited less than 10 minutes to be escorted to a room for thr lab work which was administrated by a friendly and very competent staff member. Total time from arrival to walking out the door was less than 15 minutes!
