I had a great experience visiting PSI shop over the weekend. I had my custom trailer built here and super satisfied with the result. Everybody was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It makes you feel at home. They always had amazing unbeatable prices! Shout out to Mike, Tasha, John, Hayden and Winston - awesome team! Great Customer Service! I am glad I found this company! It’s awesome when you have a service company that can deliver on so many levels. Whether it is rentals, repair, stocking hard to find items or, most importantly, knowledgeable staff that is ready and willing to assist you. Mike (owner and a veteran) has an amazing staff that is always friendly, very helpful and they know they’re (and more importantly) and your stuff! Natasha is amazing. Her customer service is unmatched! And, on the off chance that they are short staffed, she gets her hands dirty and will do whatever is needed. If it’s in the office, or the shop or outside doing the grunt work. On top of that, she does it with a smile and will offer you a water to boot!!! And, they are a military friendly company!!! Do yourself a favor, make these guys your one stop shop!!!!!

Great place if you got the $ but wouldn’t recommend it if you starting your business, there is 2 sides on the costumer service here. The young dude was trying to help me while the chubby bearded guy not so much .drove 30 min
