I have had trouble with some other companies but I can highly recommend Karen & Priscilla's help in appliances! They have went above and beyond with me purchasing my new maytag washer and dryer! They showed care when helping me with what I needed . It was fast and simple with their help. I am definitely going to this location just because of them! Y'all two have exceeded my expectations today and for that I Thank y'all very much !

I've placed two online orders. The first one, no one came out to my car for curbside so I had to go inside and wait for the lady to find my order. The second time, I tried in store pick up. No one was there. I was told by another employee to wait in the return line to pick up my order... the line was almost out the door. What is the point in offering curbside or pickup?

I was quite literally profiled by an employee who coincidentally happened to not be wearing his name tag, or at least visibly when I looked for it. I walked into this location today around 3pm-ish (can't quite remember the time) and looked around for aisle 16 since that is where the pry bars and box cutters/blades are located (removing carpet in my house). I didn't see a name badge on this employee so I'll call him Captain Home Depot. Anyways, Captain Home Depot walked up to me and decided to ask me about the hoodie I was wearing. I then tell him what it means and where I got it from. (Purchased at a gas station in colorado). Long story short, Captain Home Depot proceeds to tell me that I shouldn't commit crimes in Texas because they're expensive, essentially implying that I shouldn't steal from Home Depot while I was literally just looking for a few tools and some paint for my flooring.

I had a very good experience in Feb 2023, both the cashier and manager, Ryan, both went out of their way to handle my purchase/return professionally. And for the volume of shoppers on a Sunday afternoon the store had no extraordinary lines.

Takes a lot for me to do this but this is one of those situations that just doesn't make me feel very warm n fuzzy. I'm remolding our home here in Conroe and have spent about 25-26 grand at Home Depot in the last 5 months. Not trying to gloat but it's adding up quick. Not on a pro account, haven't returned anything but the wrong light bulbs so far. Well we finished the exterior and had about 25 sheets left of 20' hardy board worth about 1000 dollars. This is something that is worth driving it back to Home Depot, unloading it, positioning it on the aisle as instructed by customer service and then being told by a manager that we don't accept returns and won't give anything more than store credit over 100 dollars(meanwhile they accepted the 2x4s bought the same day). Wasn't asking for cash or even a refund, I was literally loading up with drainage to redo my backyard. Got told sorry this is company policy. Doesn't seem right. Hoping for better service at Lowe's for my master bathroom remodel. Hope this helps steer someone in the right direction.

Good managers make good stores. No one in tools and over saturated anti theft devices create less sales. I was trying to buy a 12" miter saw, but couldn't get a fine blade because their locked up. So I walked out with purchasing what I could access as normal now. How about a will call desk dedicated to tools to prevent theft and increase sales. Most of us professional will spend thousands on tools to make our job easier, but if we can't easily or quickly purchase we will make do with what we have. I guess I can thank Home Depot for pushing me to go to harbor or used rout for tools.

Got a call on Tuesday, all the type grill that I ordered are damaged. So no delivery today. I finally gave up and canceled the order. Wonder how long it will take to get my money back.

Home Depot sent my package with a company called Roadie i have two driveway my house driveway has a sign that says all deliveries next driveway The delivery driver went to the house driveway my wife answered the door and told the driver to go to the next driveway he became belligerent started cussing my wife brought the package to me in the next driveway and started talking about my wife and how she had a bad attitude he gets in his truck sits there for about four minutes my wife walked out to tell me what happened he started cussing her again I told him to get the F out of my yard he pulled a gun on me and threaten my life he's now got felony charges do not do Business which is roadie delivery service or Home Depot if they continue to use them

Do not, and i mean do not order anything from the Home Depot store in Conroe, Tx. if you want it delivered. First time they missed four delivery dates without calling. We are now working on three delivery dates with our current order. You call the corp. number, and they give you the local store. You speak with local store, and they don't know who's on first base. Delivery from this store is terrible, terrible, terrible. Makes you wonder how this store stays in business. I will never order from Conroe HD, again. I would provide zero stars if had the option.

I struggle to get to anything I need every time I come here, they have so much stuff blocking the isles constantly. Forklifts, multiple lanes always closed, pallets upon pallets of stuff everywhere to the point you can't get a cart past. . Don't they have night crew that can stock anything? Often out of stock on items I need like air filters, but plenty of crap you don't need like Halloween decorations and Christmas stuff 4 months too early. Clean this place up, order half as much stock.

Don't apply for their credit card. After spending over $15,000.00 in approximately 6 years with them and never late once and always paying off big purchases before they were due. They called me and said I was 6 days past due on my monthly payment and I said, I'm sorry I didn't know. I thought I paid it, I told them I'd take care of it immediately since I was on the phone with them. In which my total balance was only $360.00 and my minimum payment was only $29.00. I said just let me pay $100.00 and I'm sorry for missing my payment and thank you for calling me and letting me know. One & 1/2 weeks later got a letter from Home depot and stated my $5k credit line was IMMEDIATELY reduced to ONLY $500.00. Again, never late up till this one time and this happens to me??? WTF??? I'LL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR IN A HOME DEPOT AGAIN. I'VE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT & JUST OPENED A LOWES CREDIT ACCOUNT FOR $20K Commercial account. I guess that won't hurt Home Depot, but sure made me feel better!

Where do I even start??? Had a major delivery for four appliances. Three out of four defective. One fridge dented and scratched - driver called me and told me they were trying to make him deliver it!! Second fridge he couldn't assemble because it was defective. Dryer not working. Third fridge STILL HASN'T arrived - delivery scheduled for 1 august. Avoid Home Cheapo at all costs. All they have is Bots responding. Never again!!!

Well, it's happened three times at this location so we know it isn't an isolated incident. Customer service here STINKS!!! 1. We came in to purchase a BBQ. It was $1,000 and very large. My husband asked if someone could help him load it in the truck. We were told someone would come...no one did. We asked again but no one came. We waited and waited, finally, he went into the store to hunt down someone to come help. 2. I wanted to get a sample of some large tiles. They were sealed on a pallet. Could not find anyone to help. Waited for 15 minutes and finally an employee walked down the aisle. I asked if he could open the pallet for me. His response, "I'm not on the clock" as he walked away. I finally had to use my keys to to cut the slats and open the boxes to get my tiles. 3. Last night we went back to purchase the tile for our job. We waited in the tile aisle for a very long time, no associates to be found. My husband ended up taking out his knife to cut the boxes from the bindings and he loaded 20 BOXES of 12x24 tiles to a cart...no one associate came to help. At one point an employee just walked on by without offering assistance. Then we went to pay and again, not one person offered to help us load in the truck. We are not young people. In the past few weeks we have spent thousands of dollars in this store...unfortunately we had no other choice because they have the products we need for our job. But the service is abysmal! It's just a matter of time before a customer is seriously injured because the staff can't be bothered to assist their customers.

We ordered our windows and doors from Home Depot and cannot be happier with the product/customer service. Les in the bid room helped us so much. He went over the details for each window and gave us advice along the way. Les is the man! Delilah was also very helpful during the process. Thank you Home Depot!
